Nicely packaged in a gift box for gift giving. The tools are functional but not the strongest. It has a strong smell when you take it out of the box. The bag does stand up on its own, but not once you put the tools in the outer pouches, then it falls over. The bag needs to be filled with something heavy to keep it from tipping over, or keep all the tools inside the bag. I like the green plastic mat for repotting plants without spilling everywhere. Overall, it's functional. The strong smell is a real negative and I wish the handles were long enough to go over the shoulder as I always seem to be carrying planters, dirt, and other items at the same time.

I got this gardening set for my wife and she has used it just about every day. The size of the bag is perfect for her daily tasks in the garden and flower beds. The only slight disappointment was the bottom of the bag isn't rigid and doesn't stay wide open when it is sitting on the ground/table. Much easier to put things in when the bag stays open. She took care of that with a cut piece of thick card board. Now she is good to go. The tools are alright for basic tasks and she uses them when she can't find her preferred tools. They do work fine, she just has her favs and her level of gardening requires the top quality, rugged brands. The gloves were a surprise to me with how much she likes them. They are a simple cloth glove that are coated for grip and protection. She loves how they fit her hands (a little larger than an average woman's hand) and they protect her from just about anything she grabbed. Including roses and sandburs. The cloth part keeps her hands from sweating too much. The colors are good (purple is her fav color) and the patterns are pleasing. All in all, she is very happy with the gardening set.

I’m actually surprised at how sturdy the tools are in this garden set. I’ve bent hand tools before from trying to dig in hard soil or prying up large rocks. So, I took one of the hand spades outside, stepped on the metal portion, and bent the handle upwards to see if it would bend. It barely even flexed. The only complaint I have is that the bag won’t stand up without putting something heavy in the center compartment. Which is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker for the price.

This set is a real treat for anyone who enjoys digging in the dirt. It comes with all the handy tools you’d need for planting and tending, and they feel nice and strong in your hands. I haven't had a chance to use all of them yet, but so far what I've used has held up nicely. The floral tote bag is a lovely touch, keeping everything together and easy to carry out to the garden. That repotting mat has been a lifesaver too, catching the mess when I’m working indoors. It’s all put together so thoughtfully, and it makes the whole gardening chore feel a bit more special. Sure would make a sweet gift for a lady who loves her flowers.

This is a really cute gardening bag, and the tools are cute also. The problem is the tools are not very sturdy, and they flex and bend easily. This can result in tools breaking while using them or harming yourself or your plants. The bag is made of canvas material, and is heavy duty. The colors are beautiful, and the tools look adorable. It would be a great kit for a younger gardener who is learning to use their tools, and not working as hard with them possibly. I just worry about the longevity and safety of the tools for this set.
