If you are making a side dish or dinner for one, this is a great glassware dish. It is structurally sound and very durable to be used everyday, for the microwave, and washed in the dishwasher. Oven safe too, being glass. Though, I always state to follow seller information and instruction. I find it the perfect size for making a side dish in the microwave to pair with dinner, store leftovers, or make a meal for one in it. Plus, if you have someone that requires to eat later, it's great to put their meal in it and pop in the fridge so they just need to take out and heat up followed by enjoying straight out of the dish if wanted. My kids and I have done that often with pasta dishes or meat and potatoes to keep from washing extra dishes. Pricing is equal to the product, and I am very happy with the dish.

I have plenty of similar bakeware in other sizes. This one is perfect for me, I can make a single serve casserole or a side for 2. Great for reheating stuff in the microwave that will stain (tomato based sauces). The lid works great in the microwave too - I've used it to soften frozen butter.

Nice size for one-dish meals for single person or left-over dishes and two-person single-dish meals. The lid can double as a smaller version casserole dish with big handles and also adds to the capacity of the lower dish. For the size, the microwavable bowl is surprisingly heavy. It can be used in both the oven and microwave. Good for left-overs in the fridge but use caution going from hot to cold and vice versa.

I personally believe to put curry or any more oil foods on glass container that's why I bought this. It's easier to heat food by putting in microwave. It's size and quality is also good and easy to clean but lid does not fit at all.

I've moved to a much smaller place where all I have room for is a countertop oven and it doesn't take 13x9 pans in it, so this is the perfect size for what I need it for, especially for side dishes. It washes up well in the dishwasher and I haven't had any issues using it at all. I recommend.

I prefer using glass to plastic when storing leftovers, as it doesn't stain, nor does the food take on a plasticky taste over time. This lidded dish is the perfect size for about 2-3 cups of food, and you can take the food straight from the fridge into the microwave. I treat this like any borosilicate glass (Pyrex) bakeware, in that I assume it won't withstand sudden temperature changes, so I let it cool down before washing or running water on it. I wash both the container and its lid in the dishwasher, and it cleans up perfectly. There are no crevices or textures to the smooth glass, so food and stains wash right off.
