I'm sure this is a very good unit. It was easy to set up and nice to have plug and Play. Because of our low water pressure we would have only very hot or very cold. We could not adjust the temperature to get warm water. When we tried to adjust it it would go right to cold or if we tried to warm it up turn it up. It would be scalding hot. I started having issues with this water heater 3 weeks after it was installed. It started with the unit getting hot and melted the display screen. I contacted the seller, I never got a response. I smelled something burning 1.7.25, I thought it may have been the new burning off. On 1.8.25 I smelt the burning again. That is when I checked the unit, by taking off the front panel. That is when I saw that the unit itself had burnt. I could have lost my home with this unit. Thank God, I checked this in time. I have reported this to Amazon, and tried contacting the seller again.
