Exactly as pictured. I don’t understand the point of having the extra pockets since it doesn’t expand at all. Waste of material and I would have appreciated that little extra bit of space. But it’s cute.

This is a nice little crossbody/wallet for the price. I am always happy with the quality of MK items and this is no exception. The color is a great addition to my fall wardrobe and the thin strap doesn’t hurt my shoulder when worn crossbody, even for a length of time. My iPhone 15pro (with a reasonably sized case) fits perfectly/easily in the back phone pocket! My only complaints are that it is too short to easily carry my prescription sunglasses in their soft case, and the bag itself is quite thick which makes it stand out from the body a bit. I love the soft pebbled leather because it makes it easier to use, as it's not so stiff and tight you can't get anything out of it. It's got enough for for cards, phone, cash, and some small stuff like tissues, chapstick, and keys if you can manage with only a few items on you. I find it to be convenient that I can put my phone in the outside pouch and be hands for day to day activities during use. I have a Samsung S22+ that fits perfectly with a thin protective case ( I have the Outterbox life proof on it right now and it fits).
