I swapped my bulky old storage tank heater for this Novieex tankless unit recently and it has been a game changer, the biggest win is definitely the multi point simultaneous water use, my partner can shower in the master bath and I can run the kitchen sink for dishes and the laundry machine's hot water cycle can run at the same time without any sudden cold spikes or weak flow. One huge plus is the 3s instant hot water, no more waiting minutes for the tap to heat up which save me so much wasted cold water every day, also this unit run at 99% thermal efficiency and only heats water on demand so out monthly electrical bill gets dropped drastically than the old tank that kept reheating water 24/7. Now for installation here are a few points I could give, it is best for non professionals to hire a licensed electrician it needs two separate pole breakers and 8 AWG wires with ground, also fully flush all pipes to purge air before turning on power and add a descaling filter on hte cold inlet to avoid limescale damage long term. It mounts vertically on the wall too so freeing up some garage space is good.

I replaced my old water heater with this one and I am really happy with the decision, it heats up quickly and having endless hot water is amazing, I really missed that feeling of just getting in and not waiting. I have taken back to back showers and used the sink at the same time without noticing any type of issues with the temperature. I also like how compact it is and it does not take much space, and the digital display is what got me, it makes it easy to adjust the temperature exactly where I want it to be. As long as you have the proper electrical set up is easy to install, it's been reliable and worked as I expected, and for the cost I really can't complain, I think I got a good deal.

This on demand hot water heater is well built and works at my shop quite well. I have a shop that has a shower as well as a parts cleaning station and both of them use hot water. The on demand hot water heater works very well even when both stations are in heavy use. The hot water heater was easy to install and was a straight forward change out for the propane unit that I've been using. The biggest issue with the propane hot water heater was having to keep propane tanks available to keep it heating. The other problem was when we were using both stations at the same time the hot water would run out so we had to be careful how we used the hot water. This new on demand hot water heater has solved the problem of having propane tanks around and having to get them filled regularly and we never run out of hot water now. The plumbing was very straight forward to install with a single cold water connection and a single hot water connection. I was fortunately that the electrical distribution breaker panel was only about 10 feet away to where the hot water heater was installed so the electrical part was also very simple. I am very please with the performance of this hot water heater and with its simple installation.

It goes without saying that you should get a professional to do the installation if you aren't comfortable working with both plumbing and electric. So, once you have it installed, and my contractor said it was a straightforward installation - he's done quite a few tankless water heaters - you have hot water at a constant temperature for as long as you are using it. Before this heater, if I took a shower after my kids, the water heater struggled to keep up, and the shower temperature would go from warm to cool and back. Now I just have constant warm. Some people have mentioned this may not be appropriate for large houses. Really it depends on the number of simultaneous hot water applications you plan on using. This kept up with two simultaneous showers, which my old water heater could never do. I probably wouldn't swap out a functioning tank for this, but definitely would if the tank needed replacing. Not only is the water more consistent, but it is a cheaper replacement.
