The mopping system arrived on time. Just finished putting it all together. While I haven't used it to do any cleaning, all parts are in working order. I attached the various mops to the mop head and all seems fine. My only complaint is that this was poorly packaged. It states on the order page that it ships from Amazon, so I have to conclude that is where the issue was. I received this giant box, and inside was the smaller box that is supposed to contain the mop and other items. Instead, that box was completely open, with the mop handle, mop head and mops inside the larger box. There was some wrapping paper inside the large box which I suppose was meant to secure the items, but it was so loose that they were all jumbled inside the large box. The small box which would have originally contained the items was not properly taped, allowing everything to fall out into the larger box. That is why I removed one star from my total rating. In fact over all the years I have ordered from Amazon, this is the first time I received a poorly packaged item. Hopefully this is just a one off issue. As I said, everything seems to be in working order, just the packaging of said order was an issue. ... show more

    • Things I wish I knew buying the mop.
This mop: -Lightweight for use Sturdy based pole’s feel and material to mop head. If everything is tightened from telescoping knuckle down to swivel knuckle, there’s minimal flex and it can let you get a good scrub in. -Versatility: Can support other flat mop pads and provides leverage over them well (other dust/wet mop pads on Amazon) + Toggle the swivel for mop control in different angles -FLAW: Using this mop as a WET MOP, there is not current wringing solution that I’ve found besides doing it by hand. If you use your own clean mopping solution, you need to be mindful and ready of how much you’re going to end up saturating a surface because of the inconvenience of needing to wring the mop separately. The same can be said when the mop is soaked with dirty liquid and you want to wring and redip in a clean bucket. You’re going to make a mess or contaminate a clean bucket of water unless you’re dumping the wrung water in the sink. Bottom line: This thing needs a press tray or something so that you can control how much of a mess it makes when you’re using it as a wet mop. ... show more

Just got hard flooring in the living room. This mop is fantastic! I read some other reviews saying the mop pads weren’t the best. I am no mop expert, but the pads it came with are fantastic!! They are thick and durable. It came with two wet mop pads and a duster pad, and 2 bonus microfiber cloths which was nice. I’ve washed the pads a few times and they held up great. My biggest worry about purchasing a mop was the durability of the pole stick. I’ve accidentally snapped two swifter mops because they are made of tin foil. I don’t think I could break this mop if I tried. No joke, my teen likes this mop so much that he has been mopping the floor twice a week!!! It’s nice that it’s adjustable because he’s taller than I am. With the hard floors you can see all the dust and dirt. So this mop helps us keep the floors clean. Couldn’t be happier. Zero flaws! I’m so glad I didn’t go with a mop that had a wet sprayer, like I was originally looking at. The reviews on them were not as great-rust in the handle, the trigger breaks, leaks! Honestly you don’t need that. this is easier to use… you can just use water, or spray or splash cleaner on the floor and you’re set. So happy with this mop! ... show more

    • Seems very well built but a bit heavy
Sturdy, well built mop but not for me. Initially I had a difficult time trying to swivel it in an S shape while dry mopping. The mop would get stuck in a position and not want to turn the direction I wanted smoothly. I later realized that this was a user error, not the product. The head was locked. Once unlocked, it rotated as expected. The included pads were very nice, thick and plush too. However, comparing similar type mops (including Norwex) this one is quite a bit heavier. That isn’t a bad thing for most. I believe the added weight helps it grip the floors better. But the joints in my hands easily get sore while cleaning. Considering my house is covered in hardwood with tile in the bathrooms it didn’t take long to realize that this mop would not work for me. I need something truly light weight. For this reason, I broke down and purchased a Norwex handle and base instead. That being said, I think this mop would ultimately offer better cleaning results for those that can manage it’s heft. Lastly, I took one star off because the hinge sticks up higher than I had wanted. Upon measuring, the hinge is approximately 2.50” high (not including the base). As such, a 3” minimum clearance is needed to get under furniture. My old dust mop (and the Norwex) lay flatter and by doing so, can reach under more furniture throughout my home. You get what you pay for! Even though the box showed up a bit beat up, the contents inside were just fine and I've put it to good use and am very pleased with it. I would highly recommend purchasing this product.

this is the best mop and duster I have used so far. The microfiber pads are wonderful. The mop pads are by far better than what I have used to date and I have tried them all. I was looking for best dusting products for floors and stumbled upon the microfiber professional mop and glad that I did.
