I have some mixed reviews about this ring light. For starters, its a good size ring and definitely bright for the purpose (see photos to get an idea of brightness). The orange cover provides a good warm tone. The light distribution is even. Intensity can be controlled via the dimming rotary switch. The stand is solid. I'll breakdown my review into features and desirable features/improvements: Features: Good size ring Bright (and dimmable) Cold / Warm tone Versatile mounting options Stand can be used at various heights and is collapsible for portability Light cover + stand cover Stable and solid Cell phone mount. Desired features / improvements: The stand mount socket is fairly generic and doesn't sit flush or snug. Plus its plastic. If you tighten the screw too much, it might break. The power adapter feels of light duty quality. The power adapter cord length may not be sufficient in lot of cases. In most cases the brick is hanging putting pressure on the connector on the light. The connector is horizontal to the ground, so if cord gets pulled, can potentially damage the connector. Adjusting the ring, also introduces play in position. The adjustment screw needs to be tightened. The cell phone mount, although quite solid, is a bit short if you want to use it vertically. I'll cut thru the circle. Not an issue for me but some might find it irritating. Horizontal positioning is okay.

I bought this because I'm planning to expand into portrait photography soon as I mainly shoot automotive and I needed something that would provide ample lighting in an indoor environment but I also needed it to be easy to take apart in case I had to bring it elsewhere. The ring light comes in a nice padded carry bag with strap. The tripod is metal, very compact and the legs fold all the way up so that it's half its size when you want to take it somewhere. The ring light itself is very nice and comes with an orange diffuser to cast warmer light if needed. The light put out at max brightness is very very bright but the adjustment knob easily lets you change that. i have included photos with my younger brother modeling for me to show how well the ring light gets rid of shadows. It casts a very smooth, even lighting and I can't wait to shoot with it.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. I am glad that I purchased this product for my TikTok videos, etc. It works great! I love it! Came with good packaging and lights in a bag. The best thing is that you can change the lighting from really dim to very bright! With orange (warm) colour option. So whatever you prefer they have. I got the 18” and it’s perfect! The lighting is great and really make your photos pop. It came with everything in the description. The directions are included. Easy to put together and lightweight. I’m very happy with this purchase, I recommend it!

This ring light is a great value and we have used it many times already to shoot videos for our youtube channel. We have been using it for 6 months now with no issues until yesterday. The power supply overheated after about 30 minutes and the light started cutting out which was frustrating in the middle of a shoot. We let it cool off and were able to finish the shoot but the light started cutting out again after another 5 minutes or so. I'm out of the support window but I will revise this review if the vendor offers to send us a new 24V power supply. Revised Oct. 9th from 2 stars to 5 stars: The supplier saw my review and immediately mailed out a new power supply and my ring light works perfectly again. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this seller

Light works fine... I just opened this and when I opened the bag I got a huge breath full of mold smell! Looked at the bag and it’s disgusting. Now I have to throw out the bag and I need one because I plan on taking this with me for work.

This is a good ring light for the price. It's very bright and super easy to setup. I comes with a tripod, ring light, amber ring light color filter, cell phone holder, power cable, and a really nice carrying bag. I really like that it comes with the bag for storage and to transport the light in. This is the light to have for making videos for the internet. You can find many beauty video influencers that use ring lights for their videos. As you can see from my pictures that this light gives you the beautiful light rings in my eyes.

I bought this product on May 18, 2023. On November 3rd, 2023 I tried to turn it on and it had just stopped working. I was able to figure out the power cord was not working correctly. Was able to turn it back on after some time and finding that it worked from different outlets. Then when I was able to turn the light back on, the dimmer switch wouldnt work. I use this light in my closet so I can see better. It is never moved, so it's not beaten up or roughed up.. This was a LOT of money for me to pay for a 6 mo light.. You may want to look for something less expensive if your just going to have to invest in another after a certain time.
