I bought the California king. My 19 year old son and his girlfriend put this together in about 20 minutes. I did put plywood down on mine as a base because I purchased a new dreamcloud mattress and didn't want to void the warranty. Tons of storage space underneath. My mattress is 14 inches. No box spring and I'm 5'3" and have to climb into it. Almost to tall for me. Very sturdy. I haven't hit my toes or shins yet like some people in the reviews have. Mattress stays put and doesn't slide or move. No squeaks or noise when moving or getting in or out. I did a couple hours research on frames and this is the one I eventually chose and I'm so glad I did. I would definitely buy again or recommend.

We are very happy with this bed frame. It is sturdy and was easy to put together. I would recommend having two people while assembling. We like the feel of it and are happy to have our mattress off the floor. It is tall enough that we can store stuff underneath with ease. There were a few scuff marks/damage. We assume they happened while in transit, and are do not affect the functionality. We would definitely recommend this to others.

I have a tiny bedroom and very little storage space in my house. I got tired of shifting winter and summer clothes from one miniscule spot to another. The height under the frame allows for tall storage containers and spare luggage. It was super easy to assemble using a hex bit on my electric drill and a socket wrench (12mm and 10mm) to tighten the bolts. Assembly was easy, but take your time and set each piece on the floor in its proper place before putting it together. They include extra bolts and nuts in case one drops into the void that most home assemblers can identify with. Lol. I had to move furniture to have a large enough place to assemble it. Because of space limits I assembled it in the room where I'll use it. Caution! 18 inches with a pillow top mattress is TALL. I thought I might have to take up the pole vault, but got a 7" tall bamboo step instead. Additionally, I put felts under the center fixed frame member to guarantee quiet, but other parts are cushioned on their ends for quiet. Also added nylon slides for ease in moving it. The mattress doesn't sag. The bed doesn't flex and it's added a foot and a half of walking space at the end of my bed as well as 16" x 80" of ground space for storage bins. WIN/WIN!

Our bed was squeaking and by investigation we found it was the foundation. I checked through Amazon and found what looked to be a solid, firm foundation and NO MORE SQUEAKS! Good price too.

This bed fits 10 storage containers under it!!! I am so happy to finally have storage. It is super sturdy and does not give or make noise. Our memory foam mattress is doing fine on it so far. I totally recommend it. It is a little larger than our bed and the headboard just sits against the wall but that works for us. We taped pool noodles to the legs with thick black electrical tape since we kept hitting out knees and toes. That worked great!!!

Exactly as described. Hubby was able to put it together on his own (took about and hour and a half). There are pre drilled holes to add a headboard to but none for a foot board (which was fine for us). Tones of space under for storage which is perfect for us. Our mattress is 18 inches so now the bed is pretty high (the old kitty can’t jump up) but we’re thrilled with it (we just added a bench at the end of the bed for the cat).
