I bought this upgraded battery for my sister’s mobile scooter and after 16 1/2 months, she’s having trouble with it not charging. Warranty was for 12 months. It cost her almost $400! Seller said they can replace it. My sister lives on Disability Insurance and can’t afford paying almost $400 every year for a battery! ... show more

Finally got to use battery (rains a lot here). Little spendy but came fully charged and fit great. Rode scooter for 2 hours straight and never moved off first green dot. The original battery that came with scooter only lasted 2 summers, so will see. Very pleased as of now.

bought this extended life BATTERY TO TAKE WITH MY WIFE TO HAWAII FOR 7 days. and it performed great. we went on and off the cruise ship at 5 different islands and the battery performed awesome the most we may have lost were the 1st two dots while in hilo hawaii riding from the ship too the mall i did charge it every night, but i only think i needed to maybe two of the 7 days would highly recommend it ... show more

I’d rate it a 4 star because it does not come with a charger, but I’m rating it a 5 because Living Well’s customer service is very well run (probably should be 4.5)! They respond promptly to questions and gladly helped me navigate the process to return a damaged product under warranty. Damaged battery was repaired and returned quickly.
