    • Good TV
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
MIL needed a new TV. It was not too hard to set up. The channel reception is better than her last TV. We had to get her a simplified remote, and the TV had no problem communicating with it. I like the accessibility of the buttons for when issues occur, like when the remote is sat on and the language is changed. The picture and sound are perfect for her needs. I'm thinking about buying another, because nothing last forever and it would be good to already have a replacement. And I would choose this one. ... show more

    • Works fine!
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
Easy to setup, great sound for a flat screen! Angel of view sucks but fine if you're looking straight at it. Stand wasn't as hard to install as some say it is and owners manual is better than most imported models. It's hard to give an appliance a 5 rating until after some time has passed but seems to be of good quality for the price. I'm quite satisfied! ... show more

    • glad someone still makes a small tv
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
I have it placed up high in a cabinet shelf and the picture is dark and fuzzy because it does not angle down enough. I placed a small 3/8" magazine under the back of the stand and the picture looks good now. I only get a full screen view when it is on antenna.

    • Junk
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
I knew this was going to be a cheap t.v. but holy crap. I didn't need anything impressive I just wanted to watch the morning news while getting ready for work. The audio kept changing back from English over to Spanish on some channels but not on others . (The tv was setup correctly ) I tried everything. Then some channels don't have any sound at all. I ran the same antenna cable to a different t.v. and it was perfect. the remote doesn't even hold the batteries tight enough because you have to remove the cover and move the batteries around to get the remote working and keep doing that all day. The picture was kind of washed out, like not colorful , bright and soft. I won't return it, just want to throw it away. wouldn't even take a replacement if it was free. ... show more

    • IMPRESSED ~ SO FAR
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
I was sceptical about this 17 in TV. Had to install 4 screws to attach the stand ~ no biggie though. I'm not in a rush to try the antenna because I purchased the set to watch my dvds. After 1 day I can say this for a FACT: 1) the color is perfect, much better than I ever expected. 2) the sound was my biggest concern. After trying previous tv/monitor with poor sound this 17 inch TV is LOUD, unless the incoming audio signal is low. I am very impressed with the quality of the sound. I can't make other comments at this time since I only had it 1 day. But this I CAN say, if this set lasts at least 2 years I will be more than glad I purchased it. For now, I'm pleased to rate a 5 star and I hope this rating continues. I gambled on this set and so far I seem to have won. UPDATE It's been 8 days now and everything is going great. I'm impressed ! I must add that when I went to attach the TV antenna I was very skeptical it would work being so small. I was wrong. It pulls in channels I didn't think I would get. The only channels I don't get with this antenna are the TV towers located in a reverse direction from where the TV is located. Still, I'm very pleased with the antenna. ... show more

    • It works as advertised.
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
Tuner doesn’t go to the point whatever like 1 or 2 or 3when you push the main channel number. Kind of a pain in the butt. Sound is not real quality. Picture is cheap looking. But it is the smallest stand alone tv with a tuner and works on 12 volts also. Acceptable for the price and size convenience.

    • Good little screen.
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
Review Image by P. Arthur
Image depends on viewing angle. The remote usually requires remove the battery cover and spin the battery to make it work. Sound is okay. We use this to repeat what is on in the living room back to the kitchen. The screen is good for us with size, etc.

    • I should have trusted the other reviews - sound and viewing angle
Model: 17inch non-smart TV
I purchased this TV to use in my kitchen under the cabinets so height was an issue. The size was perfect but as others mentioned, the viewing angle is limited. Most of the time that was not a problem. The bigger issue was sound clarity and the remote. The remote stopped working after about a year. I could still use the buttons on the device to change channels, adjust sound and select inputs. Others commented on the sound quality and I have to agree, it was never great. Finally replaced it after about a year of use. ... show more
