The unit installs easily and fits exactly like a factory part. The electronic trunk release works without issue. However, the video quality is poor. The image itself isnt bad, but the frame rate is so slow, and the video is super choppy. It's better than nothing, but I expected more.

Having the camera built into the handle makes this look like a factory build. Running the cable from the trunk to the front of the car takes a while so that the cable is not exposed. This will not work on a factory radio, it requires an aftermarket stereo/display to function.

My old back up camera on the RV went out and this was a simple plug and play replacement. It does just as good as the other one and it's miles better than trying to see out of the back glass of a 31' class A.
