This backpack is perfect. It's just the right size and has the right number of compartments, features and look. It feels sturdy and keeps its shape as well. Couldn't be happier (I bought the larger size in black - the picture looks almost green but trust me it's black).

Update: The backpack I received initially pulled apart at the zipper seam a few months after I received it. I left the review below and the company reached out and sent me a replacement for free on the same day my review posted! Great customer service. I’m hopeful the new one will hold up better and I’ll update this review again at a later date. I had rated it 1 star due to the quality but Have upgraded my rating assuming that this one will hold up better. Original review: This backpack was ok but fell apart within a few months of purchase. I spent more on this than I have on previous backpacks under the assumption it would be higher quality and would last longer. Unfortunately it fell apart faster than anything else I’ve ever used! I use it during the week to carry a lunch and change of clothes and monthly as my carry on for travel. So I wouldn’t call that heavy or hard use. But the seam to the main compartment separated on this most descent trip so that it’s now useless. Prior to this issue, I also didn’t like the design of the laptop section. The Velcro strap to hold in the laptop doesn’t work because it’s attached to the top of the bag. So when you wear the bag, the weight of the laptop pulls the bag down enough to pull the Velcro loose. The strap could instead be attached lower to come up and around the laptop. Unfortunately I don’t have contact information for the company and returns were only possible in the first 30 days. So I’m out $70 and have to order a new backpack again. Overall the backpack was ok and served it’s purpose but the quality is so poor it broke within three months of regular use. ... show more

I'm super happy with this backpack. I was a bit concerned about what the quality would be given the low price point, but it is very sturdy and has good zippers. Also has a roller board strap if you are a frequent traveler like me. Had it for a year and it still looks new while using it every day.

Ok. It’s nice. The color is great. But the zipper!! Cheapest thing imaginable. It splits half the time I use it making this pack pretty miserable to travel with. And, it’s not easy to return requiring ups or kohls instead of drop off at Whole Foods. Disappointed. I won’t use this bag at all
