My cat loves to scratch everything around the house. It's to the point where every piece of furniture has scratches on it. Trying this to see if it will discourage him from doing more damage and I'm happy to say, it works. Where ever he likes to scratch, I apply this sheet and no more scratching. He still try, but after a few attempt, he gives up. I like the larger sheet to cover more area. I was using clear tape before and had to use several rolls to cover a larger area. This does it in one sheet. Works perfectly. You will have to accept that you have clear plastic on your furniture, but I rather deal with that than getting more damage. Must have if you have cats that like to scratch.

I’ve been searching for an item to help preserve our furniture as well as our carpets; we have a revolving no door of foster animals in addition to our own three furbabies, since we are actively involved in animal rescue. One of our foster pets tore the seams of the carpet a couple months ago and all the other pets have been picking at it as well, now that it’s exposed and apparently tempting them to keep destroying it. I had been laying down mats and rugs to cover the damaged area but that wasn’t an ideal solution; pets eventually tugged the rugs or mats away from the spot and continued picking at the carpet seam. These protective sheets come in different shapes and sizes to ensure they fully cover any problem areas on your furniture. The adhesive is strong and efficient but won’t damage your furnishings, thankfully. These are basically natural deterrent for cats; they avoid them because they don’t like the texture and consistency, so we haven’t had any further problems with the carpet. These are the exact item I was searching for and they work great. They’re reasonably priced, with plenty of sheets to protect various items or areas within your home. The pet hair remover is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Full disclosure- I don’t have a couch worth using these on. The price of the item far outweighs the value of any remaining couch shreds we have. I ordered these to see if they would potentially work on a new couch- because there is no point in replacing our sofa if it will be placed right back in the same claw swinging war zone that our current one lives in. For context- we have one cat. Only one. She’s the daughter of a wild beasty that was living in our barn. After several failed trap and release attempts, “Miss Tine” was our only captive. She was domesticated and is now an elderly indoor resident… but don’t let this fool you. Her ability to carry out advanced gorilla warfare tactics on furniture and curtains is beyond anyone’s expectation. Nothing is safe here. The product- is incredibly simple. These are large thick sheets of adhesive plastic. The set includes two sizes and a reusable hair remover. It’s simple to cut these to specific sizes or shapes with standard scissors or simply weeps them around. Peel the backing and adhere. I tested three locations- the couch arm, a curtain, and the side of our mattress. The couch arm (pictured) was successful from the outset. It has not been punctured or used. The curtain is still in test mode. She jumped up but was unable to get enough grip to attempt climbing. The embarrassment of falling seemed to prevent her from a second attempt. The bed is a tricky spot. The adhesive sheet must be removed when we change our sheets. I also put one on our quilt, but was concerned about the adhesive long term and removed it. She has attempted to scratch the mattress several times. It is becoming less frequent and she has yet to puncture the plastic sheet. It removed clean from the fabric sheet and washed well. I haven’t seen sticky residue yet. I 86d the quilt test because of this concern. If I can limit the behavior or stop it, gramma’s quilt may see daylight again. For now it’s in its bunker… safe from the war. While we do have other clawing opportunities available, Miss Tine has not migrated her twinkle toes to these locations. I don’t know if I’m simply causing a mass of built up clawing energy to brew below the surface or she’s losing the urge as it becomes less satisfying. Overall I would gladly purchase this item. Its durability was better than expected and I’m impressed with the washability of the adhesive. If I do see staining or residual stickiness, I will update. For now it’s brought hope of more peaceful times. That’s enough for me.

These sheets are a game changer. We have foster and rescue pets who aren’t always nice to the furniture. The package comes with a really great fur remover, so use that first to get the fuzz off of fabric and the sheets will stick better. We also used these on vegan leather furniture and they are barely noticeable and so far, they work very well. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry before using. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. This couch/chair plastic covers seem to be good quality. I got it because my cast loves climbing the chair which produces scratch marks all over. I have heard that these don't stay on for a long time so I will update with how it holds up. I really like how it includes the smoothing tool which helps the stickiness to adhere better to the couch. The L and XL sizes are very useful. I noticed for the chairs I have I used the L size more around the edges, however, you can always cut the XL sizes to whatever shape/size you need. I do wish the covers were a little stickier because I saw it would slightly lift around the corners, but I do feel you get a lot for what you pay. Overall, I do recommend this product if you're trying to protect your furniture :) ****UPDATE**** Not even 5 hours later did it start to peel off and fall off. Did not expect this to happen. I do not recommend this product considering it didn't even last a day.

Simple, easy fix to deter those pesky, little nail sharpeners that we love so much. Can be trimmed to size and it is forgiving if you accidently put it too high and have to pull it off and redo it. Several come in the pack to help you guide your furry little friends away from all your furniture. It also comes with a pet hair remover. The remover works exceptionally well and it worth the price alone.

We have cats, and I love my cats. However I do not love that they scratch up my walls and the legs of my tables. This product as soon as I put it on they didn’t want to scratch the places any more. This product has saved my furniture and walls along with my sanity.
