Works good. Boots fast. Minimal bloat ware. Arrived from Nimo in two days. Finger print reader is kind of iffy, and often report to normal login. I normally use headphones or Bluetooth speaker when sound is important, so poor speakers are not an issue for me. Battery life is not the greatest, but I normally use it plugged in. Screen seems good, but I normally have it connected to a larger monitor. I am not much of a gamer any more, so I don’t how well it works for gaming. Windows 11 sucks, so you might consider converting to Lenox. ... show more

Love this laptop considering the price I got it at. Only complaint is that the original installation of Windows had some weird issues that caused me not to trust it so I installed a different installation with a different product key. If I could've ordered it without an OS pre installed I would've done that. The only reason I gave 3 stars is simply because of the weird issues with the OS, and also because the WiFi card failed after only about 6 months so I had to get a low-profile WiFi adapter to connect to WiFi. Supposedly the card is soldered into the board so it can't be easily replaced but I haven't looked into it too much. ... show more

I work in IT. I usually only buy Dell computers but decided to try this since it was such a good deal. I was a little concerned being an not so popular brand but I did my research and they seem like a good US based company that just starting out. Purchased this for my wife to use for work (she's a teacher) and for internet browsing, it has been perfect. Its light but not cheap construction so it's safe to transport daily. Screen and speakers were good quality for the price point. With 32g of Ram it's pretty fast. Battery charges fast. Doesn't get too hot. Most Laptops have an SSD now so that's not really anything special but a 1TB for a the price I paid was pretty good. I ended up paying about $350 after all the discounts.
