Less than 20 bucks, this product can't be beat in amazon. They're light, especially for the size. They provide a clear, bright picture, and manage to feel well constructed. The focusing action feels smooth and consistent. I can feel no play in the focussing, and despite not being metal, the binoculars feel solid. The one place I can really feel the cost savings is in the material of the covers for front and rear lenses. The covers feel thin, and a bit more flexible than other similar covers I've felt. They do the job though, and so far seem to fit securely once in place. I like that both front and rear covers are designed to remain tethered to the bibocs, I'm much less likely to lose them. I was interested in getting a pair of binoculars for when I go to the beach to see the variety of boats and ships as they sail away. Scrolling through Amazon I saw these binoculars that were on sale for around twenty dollars. I originally thought for twenty bucks, how good could they be. Well 2 days later when I got them, I was surprised how well they were made and how good they work. The images are easy to focus in on and with the carrying case and neck strap make it convenient to pack along in my beach bag. I cannot praise this company and this product too much. We ordered the 10 X 50 binoculars, and received them the next day. The packaging was superb. I cannot believe the quality of the binoculars for the $29.99 price. Sturdy plastic. Good lenses. Lens caps. Strap. Cleaning cloth. And a fine bag to carry them in. If you want very high powered binoculars (for a VERY high price) this is not your item. But if, for example, you want a close up look at birds in your backyard (our use of choice for these binoculars) you will absolutely not be disappointed. Directions are helpful. Resolution is superb for an inexpensive pair of binoculars. Easily a 5 star rating! Very pleased! ... show more

We bought this and a couple of other binoculars for the family for a vacation. And as you can see in the pic - had the chance to do an actual side by side comparison with other brands - similar specs and also vs other specs. We were both unanimous that this was as good as some far more expensive brands. It is pretty comfortable to use and is definitely worth the price for us. As others have remarked the packaging is generic - but I am absolutely fine with it - as packaging goes to recycling bin immediately after. So for someone looking for a good started Binoculars without spending a lot - this is definitely a great option. I don’t know about the durability as I have just received it - but don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t last couple of years with normal care. ... show more

I ordered these as a gift for my father, who lives on a quiet lake by himself. As he’s gotten older he’s become more and more interested in the various wildlife that roam across his property, but had difficulty identifying them from a safe distance. These binoculars were absolutely PERFECT for him. They have astounding visibility all the way across the water, and are water proof for when they get too close to the lake or get in the path of lake effect snow/sleet. He can see through them with his glasses on, and they do not fog up with the weather. The protective lenses are durable and easy to remove. The entirely for he design is user friendly and easy to maneuver- your hands don’t cramp up if you hold them for awhile, and you can adjust everything with ease. These binoculars work great especially for the price. We bought these for astronomy purposes. I compared to a friends $300 field glasses for hunting of the same magnification. His are a little better focused at distance but I could barely tell the difference. When looking at Jupiter the moons were a little easier to see and sharper on the expensive pair compared to these. But I love the price and if the kids drop them I don’t have a heart attack. For looking at birds in our backyard or while hiking these work well and are lighter than the expensive pair. ... show more
