First of all, I LOVE that I can pull out the lower platen, it has vertical positioning, large enough for my full 13x19 designs, heating is accurate, sublimates well, auto open works great, I can thread my shirts onto it, I can pre press as well by pushing the enter button to open it afte 5 seconds per my video. I received the heat press today was delivered within a week. The blue color is so pretty, but it does not have the ability to slide out. Description online is very misleading, so are other reviews. I was hoping to have the slide out. Anyway, it is large and it is HEAVY! I love the look Takes up less room that my 15” swing arm machine. As another reviewer mentioned, everything (the plates on top and bottom) is assembled crooked and uncentered. I will have to use my tools and adjust everything to get it all aligned correctly. ... show more

I was kinda taking a chance with this purchase because it has 4.4 stars but only 16 reviews. Which is one reason I decide to leave a review. This is a really REALLY GOOD MACHINE. It’s comes fully assembled and very easy to use. Instructions are brief but clear. If you’ve ever used a heat press you won’t need many instructions for this one. It’s extremely user friendly! I love this press, I got it to replace a 15 x15 swing away with pull out drawer and this 16x 20 semi automatic clamshell has a pullout drawer and more space. Heats up longer than my old press but I expected that. Takes about 20 minutes, so just plan accordingly.

This has to be classified as one of my best purchases, While I've only had it a short time so I can speak to it's longevity, I can speak of the functionality. This was a huge upgrade from my no name 15x11 swing arm. The auto open is a game changer and the slide out Platten is a huge time saver in prep. The heat press came assembled, however I believe they may have been under the influence when they assembled it because everything was off center, with an Allen wrench it was an easy fix and we where off and running. I got the 16X20. This heat press is very, very heavy! And takes up a lot of room. I bought a work bench to hold it. So far I believe I’m going to love it. I will update the heat press again in a few days! I’ve only done one mouse pad so far. Gonna do a few more items this week end when I have time and will update this! ... show more
