The media could not be loaded. This works great so far! This is a great heat press for a great price. First of all, I LOVE that I can pull out the lower platen, it has vertical positioning, large enough for my full 13x19 designs, heating is accurate, sublimates well, auto open works great, I can thread my shirts onto it, I can pre press as well by pushing the enter button to open it afte 5 seconds per my video. It is durable, heavy duty and worth the price for the size and features!

I got the 16X20. This heat press is very, very heavy! And takes up a lot of room. I bought a work bench to hold it. So far I believe I’m going to love it. I will update the heat press again in a few days! I’ve only done one mouse pad so far. Gonna do a few more items this week end when I have time and will update this!

This has to be classified as one of my best purchases, While I've only had it a short time so I can speak to it's longevity, I can speak of the functionality. This was a huge upgrade from my no name 15x11 swing arm. The auto open is a game changer and the slide out Platten is a huge time saver in prep. The heat press came assembled, however I believe they may have been under the influence when they assembled it because everything was off center, with an Allen wrench it was an easy fix and we where off and running. First run for big red was a 60 shirt order, she maintained temperature very well.

So far so good! It works flawlessly. Everything is easy to set and the magnetic lock works well. The only down side is it does not have an "abort" button to open the lock before the time runs.
