Since I set up this device, I have been looking for any excuse to keep it, and not return it. It looks good, and the idea is great. However, the more I consider the dilemma, the more convinced I am that it must be returned. The performance is deplorable. The screen is not bright or sharp enough. Just dull. In fact, 720p is brighter and sharper than this. Very limited and perhaps useless settings. I cannot access the contents of the SD Card from the device itself. It claims to have a motion sensor, but there is no setting for it, and the motion sensor (if it really has any) does not work at all. It fails to meet my needs and the purpose of my purchase. I will return it and perhaps get the Amazon Echo Show 21 instead. UPDATE: Since I left my 2-Stars rating, the Seller and Manufacturer diligently communicated with me his ernest efforts to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. And he did. He has been very courteous, diligent, compassionate, and professional in all the emails back and forth. He also sent me a new digital frame. I just received the new digital frame. I haven't set it up yet; but, even if the new digital frame were to have all of the issues I complained about, I would still give my 5-Stars because of the excellent and nonpariel customer service that I received.

This is a great deal for the price. I bought one for my house after buying a much more expensive one as a gift for my mother. This one works just as great when you unpack it it seems really light and maybe flimsy but the stand is fine and I keep it stationary. It doesn’t move and after six months it’s still in perfect condition.. This is very easy to start up. You just connect to your Internet put in a few codes with the app you download and start putting pictures on your frame. I love it so much I bought one for my desk at work You can upload 50 pictures at a time and when you send it to the frame, it makes loud kind of sing song sound so you know that the pictures were transferred

EDIT: After hearing back from the manufacturer of the frame again they worked with me to give me a warranty on the broken frame and sent the newest model. They sent it with a different software that they said has less problems so hoping for the best as we’ve really enjoyed having this in our home. Only giving 4 stars because it was a little bit of a hassle trying to fix the old one and that it would break that easily in 1 year but customer service was 5 stars to get a replacement. Disappointed mostly with Frameo software as I had given these as gifts and now need to use different softwares to download pictures Worked great for about little less than a year then got stuck on a loading screeen and hasn’t worked since. Frame company says it s the softwares fault and software company says it’s the frames fault, no way to restart other than unplugging overnight. Save your money and buy one that actually works and doesn’t use a scapegoat to avoid responsibility!

Update: What seems like the original website for this product is where the customer service ball got dropped. The seller on Amazon was very helpful, quick to reply and very understanding. They quickly shipped a new unit and the unit is working wonderfully! — Word to the wise, plug this frame into a surge protector, if possible! All it takes is one good storm to take any electronics out, this is no exception. But when in doubt, reach out to the seller via Amazon! Original review: This frame has been wonderful as a gift for my mom who is a first time grandmother. Very easy to use but the video uploads are a little tricky to display. The rating however is due to the customer service on the device. I have been waiting nearly a week for some assistance, and have only had one reply asking for details. I provided them same day and am still waiting, days later for any assistance or reply. Be careful with this frame when a storm rolls thru, if you lose power, even momentarily. Since a bad storm came thru our area, the frame only displays a welcome screen and will not go past this stage. We have factory reset, unplugged and plugged in the unit, and force restarted the frame and no movement. The app shows the frame as offline. I would love to give this frame the 5 stars it deserves but customer service is awful and barely responsive.

The frame is awesome and gives you the ability to watch videos in different formats and it also lets you see your photos in different formats. Pros- great picture, quality, videos, play sound, and play seamlessly, nice size frame, and looks amazing. Con’s - the system can be a little clunky, but it works. It’s operating on android. The menus can be a little challenging sometimes to navigate through but nothing that you can’t figure out overall it’s a great photo frame. I wanted to thank Lisa for having great customer support. I had some issues with my frame, but they resolved it no problems no questions asked. Great seller.!
