Bigger inside than I thought it would be. Combination setting was a little quirky but pretty simple. Keys worked first time. Be sure to install batteries in the safe. Otherwise you'll have to reset your passcode. Waterproof envelope was big enough to hold documents. Locking pins on the door not as sturdy as I hoped. Overall, a decent value. Danno

(After getting a quick response to my email to the manufacturer, I'm revising some of my earlier comments and upgrading my rating to a 3-star for their response to some of my issues.) No manufacturer's warranty is listed anywhere in the printed materials, and they have not addressed that issue. There are only 2 not the 3 locking bolts pictured in the description. The use of "code"; Personal password; and "password", are used interchangeably and leads to confusion when following the instructions for setting of your security coed. There are no letters on the keypad so why do they even use the term "password"?? There is only ONE shelf - not Two or more so I'm not sure why they use the term "shelves" in the description of this product? Regarding the issue of inaccurate text I mentioned to them - the manufacturer has "requested the relevant person in charge to correct it". The manufacture claims they've "self-verified" the fire rating of this safe to be 1-hour in high heat. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT FIRE RATINGS: Fire ratings can be issued by private testing laboratories or third-party rating agencies such as K.I.S, ETL-Intertek, or Underwriters Laboratories (UL). Third-party fire rated safes provide more assurance but will command a higher price tag. Just understand that not all fire ratings are created equal. Ratings indicate the minimum time of fire resistance, not maximum. The number represents the TESTED length of time; ultimately, they can survive much longer. When "independently tested", safes are subject to temperatures 2 to 3 times hotter than an average fire, and for longer. Typically, a home fire will burn at around 800 to 1200 degrees and will burn everything around the safe, then move on. Most home fires in urban areas will be under control or extinguished within 20 minutes. Longer duration ratings should be considered in areas with slower response times, at risk of fire storms, or multiple story buildings where the fire can persist for longer. Long fires will increase the temperature within the safe and most people don't know that pen-ink can melt off of the documents, hence, important documents might be damaged from the heat alone. In a long home fire - a safe in the top floors of a house can end up failing into the basement and become damaged. If the damage lets in oxygen - contents could ignite, or water could get into the safe as most basements become a collection pond. I'm keeping the product because I'm 3-blocks for the local fire station and I have a monitored fire alarm system, otherwise I wouldn't keep this product. Secondly, it's very light weight made wall-mounting, between the studs in my unfinished storage room, very easy. Hint: store important documents in a fire resistance document bag, then put in the safe.

Satisfied! Not an expert on safes, but this seems to be very decent. Well built, heavy and easy to set up. The instruction sheet is not well done - the diagrams and the text don't match up so you'll need to use your own logic. I had to fiddle with setting a code a few times before I figured it out. I thought the interior light would be a great feature but it's tiny and doesn't put out much light. Oh, well. Comes with bolts to permanently attach to the floor which is good, although I didn't use them. Overall, a good product that I'd buy again.

It is a little lighter than I expected but I am more than able to store lots of stuff in it. Two shelves if needed, I used both and still have lots of room left. Entering the password did not work for me yet so I am using the key which is just at my limit of doability.
