    • Feels Cheep & Horrible Odor
The frame for this machine it much thinner and cheeper than others I have used. It is very top heavy and tends to tip over when I rotate the top to the side to put a new shirt on the base. Very dangerous if you’re not being careful and it is hot! The smell it puts off when it gets hot is nearly unbearable. There is a major chemical smell. Very disappointed! ... show more

    • Broke right off the bat
A screw got stripped when we tried to switch from the main press to the hat. It did not come with an Allen wren to help switch it. Then the hat portion didn't work at all. It does not get hot enough to press the pattern. Not worth the money

Easy to use at first, had it over a month now it’s not heating to temp set. I ruined a few shirts when temp hit 400f and is running at least 50 degrees cooler.
