I had an issue with the shipping company and the seller quickly reached out and made it right. The capacity is close to what is stated, however with larger bottles you will need to do some gymnastics to make everything fit. The dual zones work as expected and the slide out racks are smooth and good quality. One minor annoyance is the door must be fully open for the draws to slide out, otherwise the drawer catches on the seal on the door. Overall the quality is great, the compressor is quiet. I would purchase again.

It's small but holds a decent amount of wine, and the shelves are adjustable so you can fit different sized bottles. From how well it chills to the slimness, there is not one thing I can complain about. I LOVE this cooler. It comes ready to plug in and use (minus pulling off the tape and whatnot). I wanted it to cool before adding the wine, and it got cold within a few hours. The front glass door lets you see how many bottles are remaining and it also provides the temperature. While I am not a fan of white wine, I entertain quite a bit, and most of my company prefers white. It holds 12 bottles of wine/champagne. I have another smaller square wine cooler, and it has never sparked conversations like this one. I did put a really nice wine rack on top for red wine bottles. All I can say is BUY THE COOLER!

The unit is an acceptable replacement for my 30 bottle cooler that lasted 24 years. Doubt this unit will last half as long. The Pros: Nice looking unit with a door that opens 180 degrees. The dual temperature control is a good feature but the temperature range for each zone is narrow. Cons: The shelves do not use full extension drawer guides which makes it difficult to retrieve bottles stored on the back portion of the shelf. The shelves are suppose to hold 5 bottles but that depends on the bottles and the mix of bottles stored. The bottom shelf is not on drawer guides which makes it very difficult to retrieve the bottles stored there. The unit does make sounds that are annoying when running but fortunately the noise is not very loud. This can be a good unit if you store 15 to 18 bottles but certainly not 28 to 30.

I live in a really small house, but belong to several wine clubs. Over the years, I've accumulated some nice bottles, but I'm always worried they won't be good when I open them since I'm not staring them in at ideal temperature. The appeal of this was that it has dual zones so I can always have a white, rose, and bubbles chilled. The bigger section is being used for reds. I love how compact this is, and the door opens completely, so pulling out a bottle is easy. The drawers slide with ease, and it's quiet. My only critique is that it is a bit of a jigsaw to get bottle in to maximize storage. That being said, I think this is a common complaint with wine fridges. I'm extremely pleased with this fridge.
