I love this product. It’s perfect for our yard, but it’s big. I haven't been able to assemble right away because the box arrived without any hardware. Both ends of the box were damaged with large holes and poles sticking out one end. I was very disappointed because its too big to return and the box isn't functional. The box arrived on A Friday, by the end of the weekend I was personally contacted by Petra. They called multiple times and via email to make things right and send the new hardware. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and urgency the company took in making sure I had everything I needed. This is our first hammock / stand, and I'm really impressed with the build quality and how good it looks. Very easy to assemble and all the holes / bolts lined up perfectly. I was testing it out about 30 minutes after it arrived. At 15ft, it takes up some space, but very nice. Great product and very sturdy as other reviewers stated. But also as other reviewers stated the box did come with an open end. There were no missing parts but the bag was broken inside the box and the parts were loose in the box. But for the price I would recommend this over and over again. Very well made... If the manufacture could figure out how to secure it a little better in the box it would be a 5 star product.. ... show more

This product seems to be very sturdy. The paint finish on it was good. It was pretty easy to put together with two people -- would probably be a chore with just one. It was missing one nut when it arrived, but that was because it was delivered to the wrong address and the people there mistakenly opened the box and misplaced the supplied fasteners. Anyway, a quick trip to the hardware store solved the problem. This item looks like it will last many years without issue. ... show more

    • The instructions were not easy to follow
For one person- hard to assemble but possible. The instructions could be clearer. Took me some time to figure it out. What would be good- an instructional video. I had to view the competition's to get an idea but it wasn't the same. The whole frame is hard to move on your own, again you need another person. It takes up a lot of space so you better have a big yard, difficult to fit in an urban backyard. It looks sturdy, haven't been exposed to the elements enough to be sure. ... show more

    • Assembly is a nightmare, packing was horrible
While I thought this was going to be a well-crafted and sturdy hammock stand, what I received was utterly shambolic. Aside from the damaged and worn packaging, there were multiple missing bolts which I had to replace myself and the end result was a semi-sturdy hammock stand which I do not feel comfortable using. I am fairly disappointed with this product, while I had high hopes, such expectations quickly dissipated upon receiving the stand. As for assembly, not only were instructions quite confusing and incomprehensible, but the bolts provided weren’t even the correct size and I was met with some difficult when trying to piece everything together. ... show more

Great stand! It was easy to put together and looks great! My only complaint was I was missing a couple bolts and nuts when the product arrived because the box was so damaged. I didn’t want to wait for replacements so I ran to store to replace them. Still a great product. Can’t fault them for poor shipping. ... show more
