The computer is super fast and handles everything I need for working online multiple tabs, documents all without any lag. Take the reviews and warning of this being a frequently returned laptop seriously. I ordered this laptop for a family member who was set on picking this laptop despite the warnings that I gave. Unfortunately, the lesson had to be learned the hard way. As others mentioned, this laptop apparently had network adapter issues and would not stay connected to the internet. Contacting this manufacturer was also not the easiest. I have never heard of this brand before, but while shopping for laptops this year, we came across a ton of new brands that we were not familiar with. When contacting the seller for a replacement laptop, the seller seemed pretty dismissive. After telling them that troubleshooting had already taken place, instead of listening, they provided an email address to reach for troubleshooting, which turned out to be the same troubleshooting steps that had already been tried. Even more frustrating was the fact that when I requested the manufacturer website and telephone number, the seller did not provide it, and only seemed to want to communicate through email. As a tech professional, this is very unprofessional. I personally could not find any information regarding this laptop manufacturer from a simple Google search. I would at least expect to find a website, but this was quite strange. In addition, I was told the laptop charger prongs were defective as the prongs easily detached. Since the seller did not honor the request for a replacement and just seemed to be pretty dismissive, we decided to return the product to Amazon while we were still within our 30-day return period. We decided to order from a different brand that I know provides much better support even though they are also not well known. This Blueing laptop should not be allowed to be sold. I loves this laptop, it’s very easy to use and functions quick. Very clear screen you can adjust the brightness of it like every other laptop does. By far we are loving it and use it for school purposes. My daughter love it more than her HP.

    • Good Basic Laptop, but Install Linux!
Good laptop for basic tasks like web browsing, streaming music or YouTube and can deal with many open tabs at once due to the 16GB of RAM. However, the installed version of Windows seems to be modified in some way. I'd recommend installing Linux instead if you're unsure of the security of that install like I was. The only other real negative with this laptop is that it tends to heat up a lot on the bottom. Battery life is solid, lasting multiple hours on a single charge. The backlit keyboard is clear and easy to read (activate with FN+SPACE). This is not a gaming laptop, but other more simple tasks run fairly quickly. Overall, a good value for the money if you know what you're getting, which is an unbranded Celeron laptop with expandable storage and a decent selection of ports (though a MicroSD card slot is an interesting choice).
