The media could not be loaded. Setup was genuinely painless. I had it up and running within a few minutes. It walked me through everything clearly, and there was actually helpful content/apps already preloaded so I could start using it right away without a bunch of extra downloads. It also arrived fast, and I really appreciated that it came with a charger and was packed securely in protective, well-made shipping materials. I’ve only had a little time to work with it before taking the video I’m leaving for this review, but since then, I’ve become very enthusiastic about both the laptop and seller. The screen is bright, crisp, and vibrant with colors that really pop, and the keyboard is beautifully designed and comfortable to type on. Performance has been snappy so far and has all of the capabilities I need, with plenty of processing power for everyday work tasks and the “work + play” use I intend. I purchased this laptop specifically to securely manage my personal accounts (credit cards, banking, and insurance) online, since my other computers may have potential spyware or malware. The price was inexpensive and a great value for the money. It gets the job done perfectly. The 15.6" screen is a comfortable size for browsing, the battery life has been impressive, and the Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable. The storage capacity is more than sufficient for my needs. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far, it has been great for online communications, using office 365 (that came pre-installed),and basic applications for work. This one was defective. It wouldn’t connect to WiFi. I couldn’t find an Ethernet cable to fit. The troubleshoot feature did not work. The Help feature did not work.

Very good laptop for moderate projects. Pretty fast. Once charged I believe I'm getting about 3 hours of battery, but don't do any heavy processing. This was a lot easier to set up than previous Windows laptops I've had. I hate Windows (Linux Mint user), but this version seems pretty sleek and fast so far. I only need a Windows computer for those pesky pgms that give me trouble in Linux. This was a good deal so far. Just a note. The battery is not accessible and they say you can't replace it. I haven't opened it up yet, so I don't know the setup. Same with memory and SSD. ... show more

Would give 5 but it doesn't come with catcher also I've noticed lagging on the computer when multi tasking. Would recommend if you aren't using this to run large games. Me personally I love it she do what she supposed to
