Unable to update the laptop. Got it, and for two weeks have been unable to update the software and complete security updates. Downloaded Fortnite and fast food simulator, it states the computer does not have the required minimum gaming drivers. Even contacted Microsoft support to see if they had any ideas and they couldn’t help. Was good for the price but will be returning asap. ... show more

Once I got all the Microsoft System updates run was able to finish my setup and the machine works great. The one issue I had was trying to get the MS updates all run. There were 5 outstanding updates pending. The updates initially kept failing because they would take to long to download and install. The laptop would go in to hibernate before the updates would finish killing the updates. Had to go in to the power settings turn off all the eco settings and set the laptop to NEVER hibernate when plugged into power. Then ran the MS updates one at a time. This new laptop is replacing a old HP that died. it's now connected to a CNC machine that I use to cut wood carvings and 3D reliefs and it's working just great all my CAD/CAM software runs great.
