With so many laptops to choose from, I found this by doing a sort with a price range, the size monitor I needed, and to sort by average customer review first. Glad I picked this one. Really nice to see that Microsoft Office LTSC was already built in. Been using it for a week, and it is such pleasure. Last PC I had was an Acer from 2018. Easy to set up and migrate data via 256Gb flash drive. Much faster than my ancient HP. Don't know about gamers, but for the average at home user this is more than adequate. Microsoft Office LTSC was a nice surprise. Thought I would have to buy it separately. The display is awesome and I like the numeric keypad. it’s super affordable and works just as good as any other laptop you’d spend hundreds more on productivity and display wise. things i dislike: no touchscreen. the keypad doesn’t light up so kinda inconvenient at night as you need a light on. the camera quality is definitely subpar and really lacks light reception compared maybe to an apple computer or even a more advanced windows model. but it works if you must and you have natural light to supplement. if you are someone who doesn’t really need the camera often like me it’s perfect without breaking the bank. i will also say that i was sent a charger that was incompatible with my wall outlets. it honestly looked defective to me, but maybe it would work in a different country/outlet if anyone recognizes this kind of adapter (i’m from the usa). amazon was also quick to give me a credit when i reached out to customer service about it so i could buy the correct charger but beware of this as well (the credit was only for things that are shipped from amazon.com directly - you’d be surprised at how many chargers for laptops like this are only sold from foreign countries. i ended up buying another charger for cheap outright but using the credit on something else i wanted. it’s a 12V 2A charger if anyone else has the same issue). in some ways you do receive what you pay for. but i still like it overall and don't regret the purchase because its realistic for the price point. ... show more

I wanted to like this and it worked. Okay, for a minute and I don't do anything crazy. Just school work and stuff for my job. It is incredibly slow and almost useless. Takes like 20 minutes, just to lose load a page. I've only had it for 3 months And i've had to replace it.

I was initially looking forward to getting this because I thought it would be great for what I needed. I just needed to be able to access websites and get on video conference calls. I didn’t expect it to be a beast but it’s slow and video conferencing sucks (both Zoom and Google Meet don’t work well). I tried to make sure I used tab suspenders for Chrome browser. I also try to make sure that unnecessary apps aren’t working. That didn’t help. ... show more

So far its been an amazing experience. The sound quality is excellent, battery life is remarkable and the screen is just beautiful and has amazing quality. Its a great laptop its woeks similar to my hp. This is an amazing product.
