I'm so happy I splurged on this frame! Pros: can be wall mounted or desktop, in either orientation. Colors are vibrant in the photos, and the photos are crystal clear. The app is easy to set up and add photos to it. Videos play as well, and you can decide how high you want to volume for these. Having the time display was a feature I didn't think too much about, but seems to be very handy! I love seeing the photos scroll by. I have the settings on shuffle, and 30 seconds for each photo (you can also change this up). You can swipe through photos as well. Cons: You can only add 10 photos at a time in the app, or you'll have to pay a subscription fee. You can upload many more at a time by connecting the frame to your computer, but I had limited success with this, as it seemed a bit glitchy doing it that way. The weather feature is neat, but I don't know what location it is pulling from, and can't figure out how to change it. It's always showing a temp that's 5-9 degrees warmer than we actually are... Overall, I love this frame. The easy way to add photos meant that at Thanksgiving I was able to add photos in real time, much to my guests delight.

Love this!!! It’s the perfect gift for a grandparent or a loved one that does not live nearby. I bought it for a friend with grandchildren. It was super easy to set up and to distribute invitations to his loved ones to submit pictures. He is always delighted when a new picture or video from his kids shows up in the rotation unexpectedly. He’s had it for a few months now and never had an issue with connectivity or uploading new photos.

I was hesitant to buy this brand as I wasn't as familiar with it and we didn't find a lot of information about it online. However, we are very pleased with the superior quality! The screen is big, clear, and crisp. It has all of the features you would want. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to setup and get started. Got this for a less-tech savvy relative but it is not a problem as the platform is super simple and intuitive. Adding pictures from your phone (and anyone you give the code to) is a breeze as well. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend as a better alternative to more "brand name" options we've used in the past. In fact, we will be purchasing one of these for our home as well to replace what we already have. This is a great value.

I absolutely love my digital frame! It was super easy to set up once you download the app. Connected to our home Wi-Fi with no issues. No cost to use it, no subscriptions. Holds a lot of pictures. I love that we can share the code with other family members, and they can add to our collection. We come home some days and see new pictures our children/grandchildren have sent to us. The picture quality is good. What a beautiful way to display our many journeys and memories. We loved ours so much we bought a second for my sis-in-law as a wedding gift. Would recommend.

A very nice frame with a great picture, but a few drawbacks common to all systems using FRAMEO. It will not show .heic photos from iphone, these must be converted to .jpg or another compatible format first. This is a hindrance to my daughter sending us photos of our first grandchild. It uses the outdated FAT32 file system, which limits you to 32GB (a lot, you say? I have 15GB just of my trip to Germany, and I have other trips to England and Ireland, as well as around the US). I had to figure out how to change the order of play so my trips did not play backwards, because it assumes you want to play the newest photos first. Other than that a great unit so far, and the drawbacks are mostly due to FRAMEO needing to update the software. If it quits after a month like some have said, I will update this. UPDATE: My daughter convinced me to return this and for the same price get an Amazon 15.6" Echo Show. Still great pictures, can run in digital frame mode, can take the .heic iphone photos and she can upload remotely, plus I get all the functionality of an Echo Show. I did not bite for the $90 stand though, for that price I can get something to prop it up.

Purchased to use as a photo display at my brothers memorial. Not being the most tech savvy person I had to stumble through the set up and photo uploads, but I figured it out. Took it in my carry on bag from Ohio to California with no damage and as soon as I plugged it in and pushed the power button it jumped right to the slide show without any fuss, very happy with the results. Thank you to the designers and programmers for making this actually work right!

We got this so that our foreign exchange student could send us pictures when she went home. It is so much fun to keep up with her this way! We set the time and temperature to her home time and temp. It was exactly what we wanted. The ability to turn on and off via timer is an excellent feature!

The media could not be loaded. When I first turned it on, the screen kept glitching and then froze after a couple of minutes. I had to hold the power button to turn it off since you’re not supposed to unplug it while it’s on. When it finally stopped glitching, I kept getting this annoying error message saying “Gboard has stopped.” I reached out to the seller hoping for a replacement, but they were super unhelpful. Instead of just sending a new one, they gave me this generic troubleshooting advice and told me to unplug it to reset it. Then they said if that didn’t work, I should contact them again so they could “further investigate” — whatever that means. I wasn’t even outside the return window — I contacted them just three days after getting it. Trying to give it another chance, I went through the whole process of turning it off, unplugging it, and starting over several times before it finally started working. But even after that, it still glitched at least once a day. I also noticed the sleep timer didn’t work. I had it set to turn off at midnight and turn back on at 9 a.m., but it just stayed off until I manually restarted it. Honestly, I think this unit was just defective, and for something that originally costs $300, I expected way better. There are definitely better (and cheaper) options out there. Don’t waste your time or money on this one!!
