Had this MP3 player less than 48 hrs. Loaded mp3 files from my PC and it initially worked great. Good sound quality. Bluetooth connectivity perfect. Proceeded to load more mp3 files when the system got corrupted. Songs appeared in the menu, but they wouldn't play because the player didn't recognize the file format. They were all mp3. At this point it wouldn't even recognize the sample audio recording that was originally pre-installed by the manufacturer. Go figure. User manual file could not be unzipped and extracted either. It too was probably corrupted.

I picked up this MP3 player mostly for long bus rides and I’ve been really enjoying it so far. The Bluetooth 5.2 connection pairs quickly with my wireless earbuds, and the audio quality feels a lot richer than I expected for such a compact device. 1. SD card holds 32GB of data but reports 132GB. It writes directories and shows data is copied but data beyond 32 GB is empty. 2. I expected to put 001.mp3 and 002.mp3 and so on ad infinitum then expected the device to play 1 then two and so on. Device did not play 1 then two. Perhaps a play list needed to be created but a syntax was not specified. I tried the 3 most common playlist formats but no joy. Conclusion: Useless even for parts.

This music player has no pop up notifications or annoying ads; I can simply put on headphones and listen to music quietly, which has become a relaxing experience for me. The sound quality is much better than expected; the bass is not muffled, and the vocals are clear, making it comfortable to listen to during my commute or at home in the evening. The Bluetooth connection process is smooth and doesn't drop frequently, remaining stable even when walking or exercising in my pocket. The battery life is reassuring; a single charge lasts for several days, eliminating the need to constantly search for a charging cable. It's also easy for elders to use.
