Firstly the picture is deceiving. It is really not all that good looking in reality. Secondly after spending money on a professional electrician to do the wiring and install this light, 3 light sockets do not work. Products is defective. Spent an hour with amazons terrible customer service with them instructing to return the product. This would mean dismantling every tiny piece in the chandelier from a 25ft height ceiling. Waste of money on the product, and wasted money on getting this installed by a professional.Worse purchase ever. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous hanging from a ceiling. It came with plenty of extra crystals. I bought this chandelier for my dining room and it’s absolutely stunning. It’s also dimmable.

The chandelier itself is pretty much as described. Its crystal and it lights. However, three of the balls were broken when I opened the box. Unfortunately, they only included two spares. Several others had defects, but were usable. The escutcheon, and the nut to secure it did not fit over the chain. This meant sacrificing one link by narrowing it in a vise. Then came the enjoyment of opening it, from a ladder, to remove it after the escutcheon was in place. The instructions were practically nonexistent and of literally no use. They didn't even include a clear picture of what it was supposed to look like. All this for >$500! This light is not for the average homeowner or DIYer to install. I struggled for almost 3 1/2 hrs to finish it, and I have a lot of experience. That being said, once its up, it look nice. ... show more
