Ordered a twin XL firm 2.0 on May 12. Amazon estimated delivery for May 15-20th, with FedEX delivery actually on May 16th. The Mattress shipped in the manufacturer's box and was undamaged. I opened the mattress and found it securely wrapped in a plastic sheet covering the vacum sealed mattress. Once the mattress was unsealed from the packaging, it almost instantly rose to about 75% of it's height. I left the mattress to expand for 24 hrs and it measured approximately 13.5 inches (14 inches in the product description). My measurement could have been a bit inaccurate due to measuring at the edge and not from the center portion of the mattress. The cover material seemed to be of good quality, but time will tell of it's durability. First night sleep was great, and the next few were the same. The mattress is very firm, but with just enough "give" to support my back and spine (side sleeper). I purchased this mattress to replace an older memory foam mattress and I couldn't be happier. I like a very firm mattress for back and spine issues and this one is great. Hopefully this firmness will hold up for at least a few years. The cost of this mattress was about 1/3 the cost of the most inexpensive memory foam mattress from the several matttress stores I visited locally. This is just my opinion, your mileage may vary.

The difference between medium and firm mattresses comes down to how they contour around your body. With a medium-firm mattress, the curve around your body tends to be more pronounced, whereas with this firm mattress, it’s a little less—but still incredibly comfortable. I feel like I’m sleeping on a stable surface, yet I get the support my body needs to rest well. For those who are above average weight, this mattress provides excellent support without sinking in too much. It’s been a pleasant surprise, and I truly love it. It’s a very firm bid I suffer from a lot of soreness my back neck, shoulders sides, even my legs just my whole body. I always love firmer beds because if it’s too soft, I sink and I’m very uncomfortable and other mattressesdoesn’t curve to my body. But this mattress is really really firm even though I like it. I’m also still sore and I haven’t really gotten comfortable yet. I might have to get an actual mattress topper something that can help curve into my body in a better way. And the mattress is really heavy which I’m OK with I ordered the king size and its measurements are spot on 14 inches in height. Well, this one is Better, much better than anything we have had in the past for a fraction of the cost. So far so good! Been sleeping on it several weeks now! Very easy to set up, extremely easy to set up, there was no smell! I purchased a king size and it’s nicely firm and has helped my back pain. The price is a lot cheaper than buying from mattress store! Only problem I have is trying to get out of the bed, it is a little difficult but that’s being memory foam. ***original review below. Editing to say, 4 months in and the bed is getting serious indentions where we sleep and a hump in the middle. Backs are back to hurting. Really disappointed in this mattress. This bed is extremely firm. I have purchased my last three mattresses based on negative reviews of the bed being way too firm and this one had several negative reviews of it being too hard/firm. The other two were what I'd describe as medium firm. This one, extra firm. No joke. If you don't enjoy a firm mattress, do not order this one. Your bed buddy could be jumping and you will not notice. They won't get any give to jump high. Extra. Firm. When I slept on it the first night, I could not tell if it was uncomfortable or if I just wasn't used to it, but when I woke up, I was not as stiff. I woke up a lot, I tossed and turned, but my body felt better. I'm a week in now. I sleep through the night. I am not stiff in the morning. My head has caught up with my body. It's comfortable for sleeping. If you want to bed rot and TV all day, probably not. Go to the couch. As far as longevity, I don't know, yet. I hope it lasts a long time. My husband says it's the best bed he's ever slept on. It's definitely helping our backs. The price point is fantastic. The covering is smooth and feels really nice. We let the mattress decompress a full 24 hours before we put in on our frame. There were no noxious odors at all. So far, so awesome.
