Arrived on time! Heavy, weighs about 50 lb. Unpackaged and set up in living room while awaiting the bed frame. Opened the vacuum seal and cut a small hole in the corner to slowly let the air out so bed would not pop open and hurt me. Let it sit 2 days to fully open in the living room. Put down my thick mattress pad on top under elastic sheet. It does feel like you can feel every coil but it's not uncomfortable at all, may take some getting used to. More feeling of large coil support vs jabbing coil pain. Silent when turning, if i sleep in one position for a long time feels very supportive. Can sit on the edges but they flex/move so it may feel like sliding off the bed, need to sit back further on the mattress. Not our forever mattress, need it for 2-3 years at the most then will toss. For the price and a 14-inch hybrid it's a great deal! Will need two people to carry it in inside and get it set up. ONLY negative thing. there are no handles on any side or end of the mattress so carrying it have to grab onto it with work gloves. Better to let the air out right onto the mattress frame.

We got this in King size and surprised at the comfort for cost. It's not the most comfortable mattress I've slept on, but it's not bad for the cost. It has just enough spring to where you don't sink into the bed and has enough memory foam for comfort. Been sleeping on it for 9 months now and so far it's holding up well.

This matters offers no support along the headboard and footboard edges. It's easily compressed making it impossible to sleep on. This is in contrast to the long edges, which are stiffer and reinforced with coils. If the manufacturer would have reinforced the entire perimeter, this would be a good mattress but with no support at either short end, it's a waste of money.
