Do not buy! It doesn't have HDMI connections, the battery doesn't have lasting life, and it feels like it's going to break when I open it. I want a refund!

    • Stopped Working & No Help from Asurion
It worked fine for a short while. Now it won't load past the first “start-up/ American Megatrends” screen. As I purchased the Asurion warranty, I contacted them for support. However, Asurion told me to contact the seller, and unfortunately, I have yet to hear from FUNYET.

SO NOT BUY THIS!!! I Bought one thinking it was a cheap but powerful laptop and took a chance. It was not powerful enough for me to run basic software, very cheaply made. So I decided after one day to return it. My thought was you get what you pay for, it was worth a try. So I returned everything to factory settings, packaged it up neatly, and submitted a return. Dropped it off at an Amazon return site. Got my “refund”. Over a month later the money was taken back out of my account with Amazon telling me they never received it. After 3 attempts with customer service and dealing with the intentionally difficult return prompts and being told 3 times I would get my return in 5-9 business days I now realize I will never see that money. It’s a scam, and the worst Amazon experience I’ve had. If I could leave negative stars I would. ... show more
