This kit surprised me — in the best way. I’ve used enough third-party controller parts to expect something that mostly fits or feels almost right. But every component here — from the D-pads to the metal thumbsticks — clicks in as cleanly and securely as the originals. The weight and finish of the thumbsticks are legit — actually a bit heavier than the OEM ones (I weighed them — the silver in the photos is the original D-pad and the blue is the one from this kit). They have that same premium density in-hand and don’t feel “off” during long sessions. The textured tops are a close match to the Elite’s factory sticks and held up fine over a couple of four-hour blocks in Diablo IV and Balatro (I can't quit, someone help me!). No slipping, no wobble, no weird snapback delay. Swapping everything out was straightforward, no instructions necessary. While the kit includes a solid little storage pouch, I opted to keep mine inside a full controller case since I’m mostly using this as a daily driver setup. For me, the best is the color. The anodized blue metal looks genuinely sharp on the white Elite Series 2 core — adds a clean pop without veering into toy-ish territory. If you’re replacing lost parts or just customizing your layout, this is one of the few aftermarket kits that feels like a lateral move, not a downgrade.

I was both quickly and pleasantly surprised by how great this 14-in-1 Controller set Accessories Kit turned out to be! First off, the carrying case is absolutely top-notch. It’s well-padded, sturdy, and keeps everything neatly organized—perfect for travel or just keeping things tidy at home. The blue color of the accessories is absolutely gorgeous—bold, eye-catching, and adds a premium look to the setup. The metal parts especially stand out; they look and feel like high-quality components, not cheap knock-offs. You can tell immediately this kit was made with care. Installation was incredibly easy and fast. Everything clicked into place on the controller without any fuss, and I was up and running in just a few minutes. This kit truly is plug-and-play, making it great for gamers of all ages, from casual players to more serious ones. This was a random find for me, but I'm quite surprised by how well this is made. The analog sticks are of high quality, and the paddles are made of the same metal as the controller I purchased.

These are great. They fit my Elite-2 controller well, and are essentially a close replacement for the factory knobs/paddles/joysticks. I say close because I feel like the magnetic attraction isn't as 'sticky', but you have to deliberately take these components off in the first place, so I don't expect it to matter. They held up to a few journeys on Sea of Thieves anyways. Only the red ones were available for me to test on Vine, but they look good. The finish is matt, like the originals, and really .. you would have to be picking up and admiring the controller in the first place to see the colours. They are about the same price as every other aftermarket 13 or 14 part accessory kit for the Elite controllers. The case is ok, but it can be hard to get the parts back in at times. I'm not really sure what the 'tool' is for, since you just normally pop these off and on my hand anyways; but they included one. It feels like the rubber on these will hold up about as good as the 'factory' ones, which is good, as those last a long time.

So Not sure if there is a slight variation of construction, however these did not work on my Elite 2 Controller as these pieces have a tri slot design whereas the controller have a quad slot design on the stick shafts.
