took a chance on this because kyvol support says they don't have replacement battery for their vacuums. looking at Amazon all these batteries look the same but have slightly different ratings. I had to cut off the wiring connector and solder it onto the new battery wires. came with about 60 to 70% charge so I ran it down to 10 on a cleaning then let it dock and app says back up to 100% after a couple hours. seems normal. everything works again. a little better than going with a new $200 vacuum. the prices have come down a bit on the budget models which is good but I wouldn't consider my e30 a budget model
