Great quality! Easy to install and fit the Dyson V8 perfectly! The color is a little different, but not very noticeable. The replacement battery came with additional filters to be changed as well. Charged super-fast and held battery for a long time! So much better than what I had before which was a battery that would stay on for 2 minutes and then die. So happy with this purchase and would purchase again! Although, I hope this is still available when I will need to replace the battery again which could be years from now!

My battery in my aging Dyson V6 Animal was starting to degrade to the point I could not vacuum very long before needing recharged. Replacements from Dyson are about $130 so this is a great value. The battery capacity is actually larger than stock Dyson battery so it runs longer than brand new. Build quality looks OEM, however the gray color does not match the OEM battery, so I'll deduct 1 star for that. It appears Dyson may have different colors so it would be nice to have exact matching options, but really the mismatch is not that bothersome to me. Added filter is appreciated and swaps out easy. Includes extra screws in case you lose some or strip head. Depending on exact model, you may have extra unneeded parts. Still a great value for just the battery alone.
