I haven’t grinded like this since back in the glory days lol. I had a tree that I was carving into a sink and this kit along with some hand tools were all I need to get the job done. The curved grinding discs where the onces I used most but everything in the kit is quality. Be sure to wear good gloves and eye glasses when using these as well as take care, You will see after using for a few seconds this discs work wonders on wood and I can only imagine what they would do to the skin of a careless user. At first I was a bit intimidated by the look of the metal discs and was a bit concerned that they would grab and be too aggressive. I was pleasantly surprised though as it appears that the disc itself keeps the tool from taking too much of a bite. I was able to control the cut easily and had no problem keeping the tool in line. I did have to use the enclosed washers to keep the disc from hitting the guard though. The enclosed spanner is also handy to have as you can adjust the position of the pin on one side for different nuts. The flap discs are pretty standard. I expect these would be great for wood carving too - though I am not that talented.

I have miscellaneous carving discs for my grinders but no real set. When I saw this complete set, I just had to order it. With a total of thirteen pieces, five of them being flap discs, this Pomsare set has everything I need for my wood shop. They work just as I had hoped. They do exactly as promised and I won't be needed any more for quite some time.

Ahhhh... LOVE the feeling of a sharp, new blade cutting through wood. Got this set to augment my wood manipulating discs that are old and not sharp. This is a nice set. The discs are well built, sturdy, solid. I have no issues connecting to my angle grinder and they get the job done. I experimented with each on a scrap 2x I had and these make quick work of cutting, grinding, and sanding. They seem to hold up pretty well too... expecting to get some use out of these for sure! The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a container to put these in besides the box they came in to protect them during storage... to me it's not practical to just use the box since you have to empty it to get the one you want. Having said that, I've already got my own container I was using previously so not an issue for me but if this is your first set, something to maybe consider is to get one. All in all, pleased with these and looking forward to using them!

I'm about to start a carving project on an old tree stump and I'm so happy to have these now to make easy work of it. The carvings on the sample wood was just barely touching it. Flat, slotted, and round curve discs as well as 5 finishing sanding discs and a cutting blade as well.

The kit is as-described, attaches properly to my Harbor Freight angle grinder, and the quality seems to be good. I only tried one attachment so far, as I'm just starting with any form of wood carving - but it made a nice controllable dished test groove just as I wanted!

Really good assortment of wood shaping discs! I would only suggest you use extreme caution with these as you could badly injure yourself if you get careless. Good variety of shapes for general wood carving and shaping.
