The included tweezers aren’t strong or precise enough to remove adhesive strips that hold the battery. The included replacement adhesive strips for the battery aren’t correct. The ribbon that connects the battery to the phone did not line up. I had to bend and tweak the ribbon to get it to match. The battery won’t accept a charge. It indicates that it is charging while plugged in but the battery percentage steadily decreases. I wish I would have spent more for a better product.

I can’t give more feedback besides the battery fits the iPhone 6. The installation instructions are lacking a lot! I have replaced the battery before on this iPhone 6 and the instructions were very good but the battery did not last very long maybe a year. This one had some parts in the box that I was not sure what they are for see picture of blue large plastic, there was a small one with adhesive I assumed that it was to replace the adhesive the held the previous battery in place. But the additional blue plastic is a mystery, there was nothing like it inside the phone. Better instructions and detailed step by step would have been useful, even searched google for the name brand iPhone 6 battery and nothing available. I can only hope that the battery will last longer than the last one I replaced

This is exactly what I needed.. kit has all the tools I needed to replace my S8 battery. -I went to upgrade my cell phone and had found out that my battery had swollen a little bit. Due to this, they could not take S8 in for the $500 credit towards a new phone. So.. I ordered this battery and kit. Spent 20 mins are installed the new battery. Then was able to take my old S8 in and save $500 off of a new S24. $480 ... profit.

For starters, it’s not an apple or apple certified product so the phone will forever say it is unable to verify your battery information (see picture for example). That means it will not be able to verify the life or performance of your battery. That being said, it is definitely working better than the battery I had which was the original (iPhone 12 pro). Before removing the battery it said that the battery life was only 70% of what it was when I first had the phone. It was dying very quickly with or without usage of the phone. This battery does not seem to hold a charge better than the batteries that come with the phone but since it’s been so long since the phone was purchased there is no true way for me to tell. I can tell you that it takes a while to charge. Longer than 15 minutes from 20-30 percent up to 100%. Also, when not being used it will last you a day or more but if being used the battery seems to drain fairly quickly. Quicker than the original. However, one thing that is good that I have noticed is that when the battery is low it seems to conserve energy better. Once it’s down to 30-40% it last quite a while regardless if the phone is being actively used or not. Installation was fairly easy other than removing the battery from the sticky backing. I had to bend up the battery to get under it to pry it out which is specifically discouraged. However I had no other way of doing it. Everything else was simple and streamlined. No issues with fit at all. For $15-20 it’s well worth the money and I can’t complain. Much better than buying another phone of the same model which is around $200, let alone a brand new model that will cost significantly more. I’m fine with my purchase. It just doesn’t wow me

Installed easily in an iPhone 4 that was replaced multiple times with upgraded iPhones. It was on a closet shelf a very long time. The original battery swelled and was pushing up the back panel. Price, tools, and quick delivery was great. The replacement battery fit exactly and the included tools worked well. The phone went back together and powered up. The only problem was getting the phone to boot the operating system. It would only show the the Apple logo. Checked the problem on the internet and the solution required iTunes on my PC and some button pushing. After the phone connected with iTunes it gave two options: update or restore. Update failed, but restore worked and I was able to set up the phone as if it was new. Restore deleted any added apps not original to the phone. One final requirement was knowing the phone’s original Apple ID and password. After the reset, it seems to be working fine and connects with my home Wi-Fi. There aren’t many apps available since iPhone 4 iOS is limited to 7 and no higher. I was only planning to use it to scan a bunch of decades old inherited 35 mm slides with the ION iPics2Go I still have. Already a couple test runs and I think it’s going to work for me.
