I watched like a hawk the tracking of this product. As soon as the parts shipped because I bought two(2). When they arrived I looked and was impressed they were both new in appearance. One of the two had a small 3mm scratch on the right of the screen (super minor) and "I didn't know if it was on purpose but the phone came with a screen protector installed (greatly appreciated)". The download and installation was a breeze. So far honestly they seem very good . I kept my old handset with everything still on it just in case I need to swap back for any reason if not they will get wiped and handed down. I will keep you posted if this changes 2 weeks later July 5th 2020 "these guys are great" I would refer anyone to them the phones are functioning great and they are super clean and neat new looking.."for anyone in doubt just go pay full price then"!! But if you want to recycle a perfectly good handset try these guys they are great service..to everyone!! G

I decided to buy a used iPhone to save a little, and honestly, it's been a very good experience. The device arrived in good condition: although it has some small scratches on the casing (normal from use), the screen is flawless and works perfectly. The battery isn't at 100% like a new device, but it still lasts well through the day with moderate use. The operating system runs smoothly, without any hitches, and all functions—such as the camera, Face ID, and calls—work without problems. The important thing is to verify that it's unlocked and that you don't have any previous accounts linked. If you're considering an iPhone but don't want to pay full price for a new one, a used device in good condition is a great alternative. I only recommend buying from reputable places or where you can try it out first.

If you are reading this review you are most likely wondering, like I did, should I buy a renewed phone from Amazon. I weighed the fact that I had 90 days to return it so I rolled the dice and I am very glad I did. I honestly cannot tell you this phone is not new. It does not have a scratch on it and the battery health was 100% on the one I received. If I had bought the same phone from Apple renewed it would have cost @ $350 more although I would have a full year warranty instead of 90 days and received it in an Apple box but I opted to save the money. I bought an IPhone XS Max. It’s a great phone, smooth and fast, with a very good screen and camera. This is the way I plan on buying most of my higher end electronic as long as there is such a huge price difference.

The phone is in great condition the only issue I have is that the battery life is only 82% which is kind of disappointing. I know it’s a used phone but I was hoping to be at least 85 or above for an excellent condition.

This phone only partially works. Many features don’t. Voice text (which I use all the time for work) and word choice do not work. The touch screen only works about 85% of the time. Press call for someone in contacts and it opens a website instead of dialing, or enter a number and it may not dial at all. My apps cut out on me sometimes, it’s slower than my previous iPhone XR, and the battery runs down fast. Extremely disappointed. I saved for 6 months to finally afford to replace my phone that got water in it, and this one is not any better. For those of you with money who can afford to buy another phone while you wait for a refund, you will have no problem. Their guarantee says “eligible for replacement,” but when I called they told me it wasn’t eligible for a replacement. The only option is to send it back for a refund. I would not have purchased it if I knew this. I can’t afford to buy another phone first. I need a replacement to transfer my phone number and data. Most importantly, I use it for work. If I send it back, I cannot work in the meantime. I would have to wait for the refund and then the time it would take to have another one shipped. Not to mention that I might not be able to get the same price. I looked every day waiting for a great deal on this one. Every day I’m out of work would cost me a lot of money, so sending it back for a refund is not an option. I cannot afford to be out of work, so I’m stuck with a broken phone.

I typically NEVER leave a review but I felt like it was VERY NECESSARY to do so. Time & time again.. I’m sure you’re online & wanting to treat yourself to something (a gift) until you click the reviews & your expectations are met with complaints by individuals who are (quite frankly) overly critical! I get it.. you are spending money on something.. but ruining someone’s experience/expectations because “the up button doesn’t CLICK with the appropriate sound” is ridiculous! I just had to get THAT out of the way.. forgive my rant.. As for this product itself.. as the title reads.. BUY THIS PHONE! I’m not sure if I just got extremely lucky or not but.. this phones LOOKS & PERFORMS like BRAND NEW! Seriously! Perhaps it was whoever owned this particular phone prior but.. I hit the jackpot! No scratches on the screen.. no scratches on ANY glass surface (to which this phone is made mostly of glass it seems).. I originally had the iPhone XR & was looking for a phone with a larger screen. As terrible as it sounds, I never knew the iPhone XS MAX existed. I came across by accident. To me.. this is basically the XR’s upgrade. Larger screen & literally does everything just like the XR. The only exception is the PHENOMENAL OLED presentation over the LED of the XR. Order yourself a case & screen protector ahead of purchasing this device but you WILL NOT regret it! BUY THIS PHONE & enjoy! It feels expensive too. 👍🏽🙂
