From the seller, nothing but great things to say.. The phone came in better than expected condition (bought it refurbished). It has all the features of a brand new phone, and looks great. The battery was at a solid 90%+, and the storage capacity is incredible. The OLED screen and surround sound speakers are amazing, and it plays movies with seamless and movie theater quality. It stays connected permanently, and the wireless charging is very convenient. It has many unlocking options and safety features, a good screen size which is large enough without being too big, and is waterproof-rated well. The only gripe I have is with the phone battery - it seems to deplete rather quickly, but I do watch movies and play games on it, which tend to do that with any phone.     • One of the best iPhones ever
What can you say? It’s an iPhone. For me, the XS (X and 11pro) are the best form factor. Slim, not too heavy, not too large, not too small, “just right!” The cameras are terrible compared to phones now. But I don’t take much pictures, so I don’t care about that. For those that don’t know, this phone is not 5G capable. It’s 4G LTE. And if you have T-Mobile, that means not the greatest reception (I can’t speak to other carriers). They are focusing heavily on 5G and Satellite more now and their 4G LTE bands are high frequency, which means they travel less distance and don’t go through walls well. Because this is an older model iPhone, case selection has gone downhill. To be expected. I was still able to find a decent case here on Amazon that has a magnetic ring, so I could use my MagSafe wireless charger. I don’t use this phone everyday, it’s more of s backup. I’m not rough on my phones, but my wife and kids are. So at least they will have something to use if needed, and 256GB storage is nice! I wish Apple would come back to this design and size, rather than going bigger and bigger! ... show more

Phone is in great condition physically and all seems to be working well as of now. The only reason for 4 stars is the battery health is at 81%, and it states minimum 83%. Phone is great aside from that. Perfect body & everything works as expected. Aside from the battery health it’s like a brand new phone :) ... show more

    • A Great Value on a Used Phone in Excellent Condition
I admit I was a bit anxious about buying a used cellphone because there are so many ways for it to turn out bad, but I am happy to say my fears were not realized. In fact the phone arrived earlier than Amazon predicted and the condition of the phone was better than promised. There are no marks or scratches on the device except for a couple of very faint scratches on the front screen that I can only see in bright lighting, at the right angle and from very close range. At arms length it looks brand new, and with a glass screen protector installed I can't see those faint scratches at all. Everything works perfectly and the battery condition is 100% which is amazing for a used phone. It may be two years old but for just one third the price of new this iPhone XS is a great deal. ... show more

DO NOT BUY ! I only saw good reviews before purchasing.. hopefully you see this review BEFORE that ... You are guaranteed issues if you buy this phone. Not only did I have almost every issue the bad reviews are saying but after I returned this phone , I waited over a week AFTER the phone was delivered back to even hear back & when I did they addressed me about a passcode in which i wrote down on a paper and included in the box on the phone although there was no possible way to remove the code as every time i reset the phone it did nothing but re power over and over again. They said they need the code before I can get a refund.. Obviously I sent it however my point is why did I wait over a week after delivery just for you all to not inspect the box? Remind you the phone was returned with a brand new case Lol I deserve some grace for that gift if anything, no? So this phone did not function properly at all. it did not unlock properly after set up.. it did not even set up properly to begin with i mean straight out of the box the phone kept turning off .. the battery wouldnt charge and when it did , it kept dying in MINUTES!. I returned this phone within a day of receiving it. 0/10 Would NOT recommend ... show more

    • Better than I ever expected
I was looking to buy locally but prices were high so I decided to look at Amazon for used iphone XS. I was a little nervous seeing that there were some different experiences and the minimum battery health of 80% guaranteed by the Amazon Renewed guarantee wasn't as good as I'd want, but I decided to go for it, since there was a 90 day return period (can't get that buying local!). Boy was I pleasantly surprised. This phone looked like it was brand new. I can't find a scratch anywhere, front or back! And the battery health was 94%. Everything works as it should and have not had even one iota of an issue after having it for a month now. I feel like I pulled one over on someone to have this work out so well! ... show more
