Bought to replace daughters phone since cost to repair screen was close to cost of a whole new (refurbished) one.And this one has way more memory space than broken one.Phone looks brand new,if you didnt know it was refurbished..you wouldnt know. Packed nicely to protect during shipping. Came with a screen protector on but we replaced it and kept the original for back up. Easy to swap over,just had to put sim from original phone into the new and then sit them near each other to copy everything over.That took maybe 30mins,probably varies depending on how much stuff you have to transfer. Came with an off brand charger cord and box but works well and it does state may be off brand but compatible cord.Havent had any issues during use and she uses it ALOT. ... show more

From the seller, nothing but great things to say.. The phone came in better than expected condition (bought it refurbished). It has all the features of a brand new phone, and looks great. The battery was at a solid 90%+, and the storage capacity is incredible. The OLED screen and surround sound speakers are amazing, and it plays movies with seamless and movie theater quality. It stays connected permanently, and the wireless charging is very convenient. It has many unlocking options and safety features, a good screen size which is large enough without being too big, and is waterproof-rated well. The only gripe I have is with the phone battery - it seems to deplete rather quickly, but I do watch movies and play games on it, which tend to do that with any phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I bought this item on February 21, 2026, just a few months back, ok? It was a gift for my wife. She wanted this specific model as her "new iPhone", because new iPhones are so high nowadays, and they're not like they used to be (in her opinion). She knows about the resiliency of this specific model of iPhone, because I've had the same model since 2019 and it's still running and working great. So we though that buying from this seller we were buying a phone that "at least" would last 2-5 years... NOT 2-5 MONTHS!!! These products are faulty, do not buy, I repeat. It's been less than 5 months and now the phone stopped working out of the blues, it stopped charging, started to reboot from the logo apple back to black. I am not even able to get the files or any update from my computer. IT'S A DEAD SOLID DEAD PHONE. I'm just down without the over hundred bucks I paid for this faulty phone, and my wife has no new phone. Worst deal in my history of buying from Amazon. The worse! I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Not the item OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. BEWARE! PIRATES OF AMAZON SELLING UNRELIABLE MERCH. OH, and their customer service is absurd, empty and vain. Zero compassion on this fact: it's a phone, they are expensive and nowadays people pretty much cannot live without them. I have to preface the review by saying that I was skeptical when making this purchase because of the mixed reviews. But I did my due diligence on different sellers selling renewed devices and chose Woot as the seller. I had good experience with Woot when I directly purchased from them in the past. Amazon Renewed Guarantee provide additional reassurance if something did not go well. (but there's always a catch.. more on that at the end). Product Delivery/Packaging: Very poor 1. The product was not eligible for prime for some reason. 2. The delivery took more than week but was delivered as committed. 3. The phone was packed in Bubble Envelope ...not an Iphone box or any box but just yellow bubble envelope. 4. The phone was wrapped in foam cover and then bubble wrap (see picture). Was really surprised the phone survived the transit. Kudos to UPS who handled this with such care Phone and Accessories: Average 1. Phone itself was wrapped up in plastic cover and looked almost good, with very lil signs of wear and tear 2. Battery was at 86% capacity which again was very disappointing and am not sure how it will hold up over time. I will update this review after using the phone for a few days 3. The accessories included were more of joke. Yes, technically there was a charger and a charging cable. I say technically since charger was not an OEM charger and the cable would not reach from outlet to the phone. It was barely 6 inches long. No thats not a typo but it was not even 6 inches. Just Phone: Good (This is not a review of an iPhone XS itself, but the renewed phone delivered) 1. As mentioned above the physical condition of the phone was good. There were very few signs of wear and tear 2. It was ATT Model A1920 (MT8X2LL/A), fully unlocked with both GSM/CDMA Support 3. I was able to register my apple id and update it to latest firmware. 4. FaceID works and that was reassuring 5. Screen Quality did not look as impressive as i would have thought from OLED. Need to compare it more. Will update the review. 6. However, the battery capacity was at 86% which was concerning since I am sure it will deplete to bare minimum or less than minimum pretty soon. I will update this review and return if things go south soon Amazon Renewed Guarantee: TBD 1. I was not aware that there could potentially be a restocking fee if a product is returned. I came across this information thanks to a response from an amazon customer in the Q& A section. 2. Though on chat I was reassured by Amazon rep that Amazon would honor or help honor the guarantee within the warranty period. 3. So I will update this if i even have to use amazon renewed guarantee. but still this is something to be aware of before making a renewed purchase.
