What I like about it is looks good would be easy to put together if the instructions weren't back wards had to start all over after watching YouTube to see the right way to put together cost me days taking it apart and putting it together again it wouldn't cost nothing to make a manual that's right. Update we were short 50 self taping screws they will not help they said oh well take it apart and reorder the car port very poor customer service I never buy anything from Amazon again. Love the carport but the boxes were delivered damaged, the bag of screws were busted in the box and missing about 25% of the screws, the metal roofing materials was damaged and bent, so it took longer to assemble because of the damage. Update got 7” of snow today and it collapsed on top of my brand new Bass Boat!!! ... show more

Was disappointed in the instructions vary poor information. Material was light for the size of carport. Had to be careful when installing fasteners for fear of stripping holes.

    • Nice carport, received damaged parts, incorrect parts, instructions horrible
Received seven boxes. Most of the sheet metal was damaged because of poor packaging. Amazon cut me a good deal to keep it as opposed to sending it back. If it wasn't for that I would not have kept it. There were not enough self tapping screws. The concrete anchors were incorrect; the sleeves were not long enough. Went out and bought more screws and anchors because customer service was terrible. Instructions were horrible and out of sequence. It showed the roof to be completed before the frame was completed. Unless you have a crane to pick the roof up and set it on the frame you're SOL Luckily I figured it out before I started assembly. Note!!! Complete the frame first before hanging any metal. Once assembled it is a nice carport. If you're not mechanically inclined, DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS. A guaranteed fluster cluck will be in your yard... I tried to buy more sheet metal and I could not find where to do that. A very frustrating project. But I got er dun... ... show more

Missing items #2 left and right cross beams, missing 2 each #5 middle chassis 2, missing 8 each #9 connecting pipe welding plate, missing 30 each #10 color steel tile, missing 35. Twelve received but damaged unusable #12 fixed pipe long, missing 18 each #14 anti scratch connecting pipe, missing 10 each ... show more

This carport has a nice look to it, but beware they painted the parts then welded them together. This burns the paint and causes it to chip off. When we removed the parts they were already rusting! We now have to spend a lot of time sanding, cleaning and spray painting these to keep them from continuing to rust - not what we bought them for!! Sheet metal comes in sections so each run on ours is made up of 5 pieces, just FYI ... show more

    • Parts missing unable to fully assemble
Received 6-7 packages. The description never stated how many packages were being shipped. After a day of assembly found out parts missing. Now it’s become my fault and problem and after 7 phone calls nobody can assist or help in the missing package. Spent way too much money, effort and time. Now get no support or help, very disappointed ... show more
