When I got my ringlight in and put it together I was missing a couple of parts. So I reached out to the seller and ended up talking to Rachel and she is amazing. She is very understanding and made sure I was happy and made sure all my needs were met for me to run my small business properly. The settings on the light are amazing and to have everything at a click of a button to control the ring light makes everything so much easier. I love this light! Its very portable, I was able to break it down and fit it into my backpack on a vacation. I love that it comes with a sunset lamp! There is a remote for both the sunset lamp and the ring light. There are different attachments and it can hold two phones at once which is super helpful. I love all the different color options, it really brings a much more creative dynamic to the content I create. Really great purchase!!

I’m so upset at this company. How do you guys send someone the ring light with all pieces that go to the original light I order. But not the right light to hold all the pieces? My daughter picked a gift on Christmas Eve was so excited about it until we tried to assemble the product. This is where it took a turn it didn’t come with the right light. The ring light i order was supposed to hold two phone but the one we received was a one phone holder. UPDATE: After this review I spoke to the manager of them company. They told us to keep the ring light and sent out a 3 phone holder ring light at no cost. My daughter is happy with it. We put it together and it works nice. Has a shadow light as well. Thank you again Rachel Another Update: We did receive a 3 phone holder ring light that was free of charge. Again thank you Rachel

The media could not be loaded. Updating my initial review. After I posted my review the seller reached out to me and changed my experience. They immediately sent out a replacement and apologized. I absolutely appreciate their professional customer service and would highly recommend this seller. They care about your experience. The replacement ring light worked great and was exactly what I had hoped for! Thank You ❤️ Original Review Was disappointed in this product. After assembling the Ring Light I plugged the USB into a power source and it did not work.I tried to plug it in to different sources still nothing. Product is useless.

.....but I don't think I bought this for that lousy no good tripod with tighteners that really don't tighten but would rather fall apart in your hand. Nope. I don't think I bought this kit -- which does do as advertised as long as you keep one eye on that weak, wobbly and insecure tripod -- to take pictures with at night. Nope. I'm pretty sure I bought this kit for that gorgeous round RGB light. And for its little sidekick, the RGB spotlight. But first, it was super easy to set up. Some reviewers thought it was hard. That tripod had one thing going for it.... it came preassembled. You just have to figure out where to put the attachments. Also I have an average-sized phone that was too big to fit in the holder without taking my case off, so there's that. The notepad holder was too big. So with an emaciated tripod and a show-er but not a grower phone holder, you have yourself a very satisfactory set of LED decorative lights. My playroom is thanking the makers of this so-called photo light set, that didn't offer anything towards actual photo lighting when I thought I'd try a couple of timed selfies. They were still dark and grainy only 5 feet away with the ring set on white light at its highest setting. The tripod had sunk to it's lowest low after 5 minutes of trying that out. So I thought I didn't tighten it enough. Screw all ya want people, they'll all strip and then ya got a permanently sunken ship. And, frankly, I expected to not put any force into my torque arm, and I promise I tried tightening very delicately. These things are just very poorly engineered! I'll use tape if I pull that poor skeleton out of the closet ever again. But as you can see in the picture, my cat on the half moon thrift store find fits almost perfectly into the light loop like they were made to be united. You just unscrew the ball joint at the bottom to be rid of that tripod connecter, and there is a hole to hang it with on the top. Careful! It's delicate too.

It looked nice but that's about it. These are all the same just sold by different people. I would have returned it, but I missed the window. Very cheaply made. The top ball joint doesn't even hold the weight of one phone and the light ring, it'll never work for two phones. The light is in no way bright enough for anything. Just put it in the corner to let it run through the color modes, and enjoy the light show, that's all it's good for.
