Thank you to all Amazon reviewers of this product. I used it to warm-up frozen pizza slices and it worked fast and great. I had one that was non-stick and over time got crummy. This is a much better alternative. Recommend it highly. Also, washes like a dream.

Having tried about every pizza pan out there, I was ready to give up on finding the perfect pan. Then I took a chance on this one and finally, as close to the perfect pizza pan you can find. Very high quality rock solid construction with a superb finish, this is not a "tinny" pan. The depth is perfect with a slightly more than 1/2" high rim, that has the perfect profile... tapering a bit yet providing a definite edge. With care, this will be a generational pan that will outlast me.

Our old black metal pizza pan has been allowing pizzas to stick hard for years, and finally after chipping away one final crust I decided "that's it" and ordered a new pan, Stainless Steel to resist sticking, and thick enough to resist bending. The order wasn't clear because it listed "one item" but the picture showed two pans. The price was very acceptable for a single pan. But when the order arrived it was two identical pans, which I consider a bonus. Sure enough, when heating some frittatas, they didn't stick, and the pan appeared to heat evenly. I did notice some clear residue around the edge that didn't want to wash away. I'm assuming it was remaining lubricant from the spinning process, and could be removed with an abrasive pad if I were concerned. These pans are thick and sturdy, with a rolled edge around the outside. I suspect that the thickness helps distribute heat evenly.

I have been using these pans as prep plates for my onions, peppers, pepperoni, olives, etc. when making pizza. A little turn and the next ingredient is at your fingertips. While the pizza is baking, I can quickly wash the pan and put the cooling rack on it. I let the pizza cool for a while, then slide the rack out, letting the pizza rest on this pan while I cut it. Want flatbread and dip and some veggies on one pan? This is the pan you want to hold your flatbread and hummus and special dips and veggies! Perfect pan for cutting a medium size melon or a large melon. And if you want to eat your watermelon neatly, this pan is perfect for a seed holder. Don't be caught with seeds sticking to your chin. It is very easy to clean. It is more useful than I anticipated for meal prepping. Because it is so roomy it can even hold a few prep bowls and you can move them all at once when you need to. It seems sturdy for my uses to prep and for use as a pizza pan. But I don't recommend using it as a Frisbee. Treat your utensils nicely. Oh, I nearly forgot one unexpected use. I make pizza dough by hand every week. Or focaccia dough. More often than not, I want to make a double batch but I don't have a lid for my largest stainless steel bowl to allow my dough to rest covered. It turns out that this pan is great to use as a lid. It is heavy enough to keep my dough from drying out. And when I put the dough in the fridge for a 48 hour or 72 hour cold ferment, the pan on my bowl becomes a shelf and there is no damage to this versatile pan.It makes me happy to make a double batch of dough because I love my pizzas and my focaccia.

These are nice pizza pans, beautiful looking, perfect size for a frozen pizza, heavy enough, do not warp in a hot oven. I typically cook a Red Baron classic crust pizza. My old pan crisped up the crust but these new pans produced a soggy crust even after pre-heating the pan. Not sure if they need to be used for a while to get the pan "seasoned" or maybe I should've sprayed the pan with oil first. Maybe I should bake on the lowest oven rack? I will give it one more try but I cannot tolerate a soggy crust. On the plus side, the pan cleaned up very easily and looks brand new with no cooking spray used.
