I bought this to replace a chandelier that was too big for a small dining area. I debated between 13" and 16" and the 13" was fine. I tried to other LED lamps and found them to be too directional, the light was only straight down and returned them. This one I noticed spread light at 120 degrees so I took a chance and this distributed the light much better. Now, the best feature is the 4 way (or 5?) light adjustment switch, warm to cool, 2700k to 5000k. Most don't have this adjustment and it is the difference between a keeper or not, because the others I had were way too bright, If they had this adjustable feature one of them might have worked. The 2700k and 3000k settings on this one give a nice warm light suitable for a dining area. ... show more

I had another one that looked alot like this in the space before. It felt like a spotlight more than anything. This one is improved from what I had before - warmer temperature lighting and more light cast around the room instead of feeling like I was under a spotlight.

Reasonable for the money. Very bright. Light cover is merely thin plastic and metal is very thin. Once they are installed, the look higher quality than they actually are.
