For the money, awesome. The roof comes in 4 sections instead of one 20 ft sheet of corrugated tin, so expect drips when it rains. The corrugated tin roof is very thin as well. It’ll bend and crimp on u. Overall; for the price, it’s pretty good.

The bungees included with this "tarp" topper were pretty decent quality, but the sun ate through that canopy in a hurry. I'm not going to drop it to one star because it wasn't quicker than most tarps die in the Utah summers, but it was still disappointing. I've spent enough on tarps by now I could have probably bought a metal shed at this point...

This is a heavy-duty tarp that should stand up well to wind and weather. It’s 16 mil which is the thickest tarp I have, but the material is still flexible enough to work with. It’s 10 x 20 feet, waterproof and UV-protective. The tarp is white on both sides. The white color reflects light and doesn’t absorb heat. You can use this tarp by itself or attach it to a frame. I got it to cover a small boat. It has sturdy grommets at regular intervals all the way around. It even comes with a whole bunch of 6-inch ball bungees! They show white bungees in the picture but the ones that came with my tarp are black.

I had a torn canopy cover that I've had for years, it was in bad need of replacing. I saw this canopy cover and went for it. My driveway is made for a single car, and I have a spot right to the side of it where I park a car for longer periods, this helps. The material is a strong thick fabric, it's like a plastic material, but it is thick and feels very strong. It has metal O rings on the contact spots that you can use ties to secure it to your frame. This is waterproof and does a really great job of blocking the sun. It was easy to set up, I did do it with help, it was me and my friend. This also comes with over 40 ball bungee cords that you can use to secure the canopy to your frame. This was a great replacement canopy.
