I just purchased this in October of 2025 and its now January of 2026, so we have literally had it for 3 months!! It completly collapsed with less than 3 inches of snow on it! And DESTROYED 5 peices of equipment that was parked under it! Our John Deer Gator, a John Deer D110 Riding mower, a husqvarna yth24v48 riding mower, a husqvarna yth1942 riding mower and our Jet Ski that had less than 60 hours on it! And now, I'm not seeing ANYWHERE to get help from the company that we purchased if from through Amazon. It also didn't even have any kind of setup instructions when we ordered it. HORRIBLE PRODUCT! And if I'm wrong and end up getting help from this company and they do the right thing, then I will update this review but as of now, I'm completly dissatisfied. The only reason I chose 1 star, is because I couldn't choose 0.

When we first ordered we didnt get all the roof panels. The company was really great and sent us what was missing. We were happy with it until it was cold and snowed a little. Two of the bolts sheared off on the support bars and it collapsed on our vehicles.

We put together we're in Arizona we just had a monsoon storm super strong winds some trees fell over I was afraid this thing was going to fly off it did move around some but it's still standing the directions are kind beige I watch the video then I found the paper instructions on the roof panel boxes because everyone knows you build the roof first then the frame Good product but if you don't know what you're doing it might be a little hard to put together PS I use different anchor bolts I wouldn't trust the ones it came with

Worked well but does not withstand hurricane winds (60+mph) in Colorado. 5 stars because of how long it held up. I have a video but due to language I don't think it would be appropriate.

I bought it last December and finally had time to assemble it, the frame went up easily, the roofing was a disaster. The instructions were terrible and it leaks so bad I had to cover it with a blue tarp. Don’t buy this, it’s a disaster.

I give 5 stars because of the customer service. Not from Amazon, but from the manufacturer. The product is about what you'd expect. I wouldn't call it heavy duty but it does the job. I was missing some parts and amazon wasn't much help but I contacted the makers of the product and someone name Micheal was able to help me recover what was missing.
