The quality seems good although it’s only been a couple of days with good weather. I plan to use for vehicle winter storage and size etc seems to work. It took 3 of us plus ladders 2.5 hrs to put up but could have been done with 2 people. Instructions weren’t 100% clear at times but pretty easy to guess and fill in the gaps. One item that could / should have been suggested were a pair of pliers to tighten wing nuts - finger tight doesn’t seem like a good long term plan for winter weather in northern MN. Overall pretty happy with this purchase.

This car cover is worth having and has handled a 10" snow load without issue. Pros: Portable Low price High quantity Finnish Frame is well made and fits together well Easy to fasten down Seal putty is high quantity Ships in four boxes Cons; Roof panels are very thin and easy to damage Seals on screws are too small so some of them will leak Has the same architectural vibe as a conex box Should have additional bracing under the paper thin panels Lots of leak points Assembly tips: Apply gutter seal around all roof screws Apply seal strips to panel end to be covered, not to underside of the next panel- much easier Do not remove the backing from the seal straps. Once the panels bond together you will damage them if you try to get them apart If assembled as shown starting at the back and lapping the panels over the preceeding one you can tilt the carport slightly higher in the front to send most of the water off the back end if desired Hope this helps!

Sturdy framework and design. I wish the corrugated panels were heavier gauge, but they function as advertised. The upright frame section inserts into the base structure leaving a potential point for water to intrude and to be trapped inviting a corrosion risk. I recommend using a silicone sealant there to prevent that from happening.

Frame is very heavy duty - as good as hoped - and chose this one due to how the peak on ALL the frame pieces is reinforced, as well as all the upper corners. Handled its first Wisconsin winter just fine, even though the aluminum roof probably not any thicker than any others. Really wish the corrugated roof was up/down rather than horizontal, so snow would easily slide off. Holes predrilled in roof pieces and for joining frame pieces (had to file some legs to get them to fit together). Self-drilling screws for roof pieces were nice. A bit hard to put roof together due to a putty strip on each piece, used to waterproof connections, and bending roof pieces over sides was a bit hard (didn't line up on a corrugated part of roof piece). Probably would have taken 2 people a weekend to put together, but 63 yr old me was able to do it w/some help from my 60 yr old wife, so not too hard.
