These tents/canopies are very good quality and you cannot go wrong buying one. I have had mine now for over 3 years. UPDATE: Recently we had some very strong winds, over 50 mph. Two of my tents got demolished. I contacted the seller and found out there are replacement parts available. So I ordered a bunch of poles and canopy pieces. The hole thing took a week and at very little cost. I had to order 16 poles, both ends and a top. 200.00, what a bargin. This time around I have moved them, strengthened the floor and installed floor to wall supports with eye bolts and rope. I put them end to end and sprayed an expanding foam between the two. I have purchased 4 of these so far and another on order. Two of them have lasted 3 years and are still very strong. Through sub zero, over 110 degrees, snow, hail, rain and heavy winds. Very easy to put together, takes me, one guy, about 2.5 hours to put together. I built wooded floors for two of them and attached the poles to the floor. They are very secure. The other one I secured to the ground using some steel fence posts. The other one is free standing but attached to one of the others using zip ties. I bought one from Costco, it is still okay after 2 years, but not the same quality. I had to push up from the inside to remove the heavy snow loads. Used a 2x4 horizontally to push up on the roof. Snow came of right away and the ceiling tarp stood strong. I would not hesitate for anyone to buy one of these. But like anything you buy, care is needed to get the longevity out of the tents. If you live in areas of strong winds or snow, no tent is a good idea unless you reinforce it. This winter I am putting stringers in the roof in the older tents in case we get a bunch of snow.

When this "Heavy Duty Carport" was first put up, we thought it would definitely do the job. It was assembled next to a lean-to attached to our barn. There was a hillside behind it and trees beside it so we thought it would be in a safe place. WRONG!!!! We hadn"t had it very long at all when the ropes pulled apart; literally! The stakes stayed put in the ground but the "rope" snapped apart. On a separate occasion we had just a moderate rain storm with a few gusts of wind. All of the "ropes" ripped apart and the carport frame landed on our truck leaving unsightly scratches that need to be repaired and painted by a autobody specialist. The poles of the steel frame are bent beyond repair. Our carport is completely useless!! Back to the quality of the rope-- there is a woven mesh-like covering a core of material that looks like toilet paper and shreds as easily. It isn't worth crap! The only part of the carport that is still intact is the tarp itself. The steel frame is just a pile of twisted, broken metal- its only value is at the scrap yard. We do NOT recommend buying this product! Save your money! This carport is worthless!!! Company send new poles for all the bent ones. Real quick. I now tie down with ratchet straps and Spiral Heavy Duty Shed Anchors.

Was missing two #1 frame tubes and had two extra #2 tubes -but could not use those in place of the #1's because they were shorter. Fortunately, I saved several tubes from the frame of the last canopy I bought from this company that blew over in a wind storm, and had to drill and modify them to fit this new one. Flimsy, thin steel poles that rust quickly, cheap spring steel locks that bend out easily, and a thin Tyvek cover that lasts no more than 2 summers before it tears. I will never buy from this company again. Look elsewhere for a better canopy -if you can; they all seem to be cheap garbage these days. Update: I contacted the manufacturer. They replied very quickly and sent my not only a replacement cover, but extra 45 degree stabilizer poles to reinforce the sides against folding. I'm giving them 3 stars for customer service only. The poles are still too thin a gauge of steel and the tyvek tarps still tear too easily..

Instructions could have been more detailed but overall the installation was okay. Definitely need at least 2 people. Using as a permanent home for our boat and had to place Quikete at bottom of each post to secure against wind.

I received the carport on time. It was easy to assemble and all parts were there. I modified the legs and am using it as a canopy for my boat lift adding self tapping screws on each joint to make it permanent. I even lost one foot in the river, the merchant sent another at no charge. Great transaction.

I bought a 12x20 car port for my daughters house warming present . They had a little mishap and needed to order #10 parts to get it back together 🤪, contacted doria about parts and I was willing to pay for it , but Doria said she would replace them for no cost , parts would be out with in 3 to 5 days , never had this happen from a company that you pretty much said it was my fault Thank you doria you need a raise 👍🏻
