I ordered this product in September specifically to cover my new swim spa because it had the height adjustment to accommodate the spa cover when opened. In November we had a very high wind storm that ended up blowing it away even though it was screwed and weighted down but when I reached out to the company, Renee responded quickly and was very helpful when it came to replacing the parts. I am very impressed by the responsiveness and helpfulness of this company and their people. I would order and recommend this product as it is sturdy, stout, and easy to put up. I live in the desert so it's very windy, so far this thing has stood up to the wind, though we haven't had a real bad windstorm yet. When I was first assembling the frame, I was pretty impressed with how sturdy it was. It was definitely better quality than I expected. The tarp is a typical tarp, once on the frame fits very nicely - tight (almost too tight, makes it difficult to put all the pieces on, but that makes it better in the wind here). Bought this unit thinking it was high quality like it was advertised. We got holes in the tarp, tarp was like tissue paper and the frame was bent. Company didn’t want to replace (didn’t affect the function) sent back cost me 255.00 and it was sent back to me. I finally got rid of it. I lost 255.00 on this item. Run away fast. ... show more
