This is my first heat press with an arm. I have previously used a human-powered manual heat press. This is far better than the human-powered version. No more leaning over a hot iron. This press does all the squeezing for you! The instructions do a good job of laying out how to set all the settings. It is intuitive to use after figuring out the basics of setting the temp and the time. My projects have been turning out great! The timer function does not always work consistently. It seems to work the first two times after a fresh start. Then it quits. However, after studying the manual I found that you can manually start the timer by selecting Enter. This is a life saver. The automatic start of the timer is nice but this will do. The instructions on how to change the temperature unit from C to F (or vice versa) needs some clarification as there is a slight copy and paste error. Please see my screenshot for the correction (the arrow points to where the correction is to be inserted).

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful color but I believe I got a used one or it came broken The inside is scratched, it looks as if it has been used a couple of times. The bottom tray pulls out but it broken , one side leans out of place. Finally the top is unscrewed and the nut is hard to take took with such narrow space.
